Starlight Lighting Affiliate Program Terms & ConditionsAffiliate Terms of Agreement This Affiliate TOA Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of Starlight Lighting. and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the AWIN Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and agree to abide by all terms as stated herein. Approval and Authority.Starlight Lighting reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Starlight Lighting has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.1] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours. 2] Affiliate will not create a site which is confusingly similar to https://starlightlighting.ca, as determined in our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of https://starlightlighting.ca; any variations of our name are prohibited. 3] Starlight Lighting does not allows affiliates to run competing PPC advertising on Google and Bing/MSN for any term that uses or combines the word “Starlight Lighting”.4] Starlight Lighting does not allow Affiliates to use our website URL (https://starlightlighting.ca/) as a display URL for PPC ads.5]Affiliates may not use misleading text on links, banners, buttons, and images or use “click to reveal” language to generate a click to set an affiliate cookie.6] If an affiliate customer order is in any way cancelled/voided or refunded then the affiliate commission will be reversed.
