While we allow our affiliates to market on our behalf; we do not allow the usage of our brand names or business name with any paid search or other marketing activities. These names are the following and any similar iterations: Sports Box Co, Batter UP Box, Hoops Box and Power Play Box. Additionally, our brand marks cannot be used in any manner at all within marketing activity.
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship if our brand names and/or logos are being used in a manner that conflicts with the above statement.
Rules on clickstream attribution and multi-affiliate clicks on the same transaction may change at anytime based on what type of activity is being tracked for these types of situations. All updates will be communicated.
Sports Box Co. is willing to work directly with affiliates upon request with custom offers/promo codes based on what the affiliate plans to do to promote our brand to generate additional conversions.
