Publishers may not represent themselves as Nested Bean. They must have a unique URL that does not contain Nested Bean, trademarked brand names or any misspellings or variations of our name or trademarked names.
Bidding on Pay Per Click Search Engines
Publishers may not bid on Nested Bean, misspellings or variations of our company name.
Prohibited SEM Ad Copy
Content Terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the ad copy of their search marketing campaigns - "Official" or "official site"; trademark/registered symbols; misspellings of our trademarks, series names or domain in ad copy
Pop-Up, Pop-Under, Re-Directs and Software
Publishers may not use site re-directs, pop-ups or pop-unders that link to our site. We do not allow publishers to use customer downloaded programs of any type to promote Nested Bean. Using software of any kind to promote Nested Bean products is strictly prohibited.
Coupons and Promotional Codes
We discourage coupon sites. but they are allowed to join as long as they use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program. Coupon/Deal sites will get a custom commission of 2%.

Because we are extremely cautious with our brand we represent we ask that publishers adhere closely to these requirements. We have a long-standing reputation of supporting our publishers, and are here to help our publishers achieve success.
