Terms of Service
These terms and conditions apply to participation in the RAW WILD Affiliate Program. Once accepted, publishers agree to adhere to the policies within this agreement.
Brand Representation:
Publisher’s ad copy cannot misrepresent the relationship between the Publisher and RAW WILD. Ad copy cannot contain misspellings, incorrect grammar or false statements regarding discounts and coupons. It is the Publisher’s responsibility to expire deals, promotions & offers in accordance with any date restrictions on RAW WILD campaigns. Ad copy should always represent RAW WILD in a professional manner. Claims such as 'authorized wholesaler' or 'official site' can never be used in ad copy.
Cookie Policy:
RAW WILD marketing channels follow a strict cookie policy; cookies are subject to being trumped by the last referring URL with marketing campaign tracking. Credit will only be given to the last referring channel/website at the time of conversion.
Domain Names and URLs:
Publisher websites must have a unique URL (including sub-domain and URL path) that do not contain RAW WILD trademarks, or misspellings and variations.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Publishers may not bid on RAW WILD trademarks, misspellings or variations through Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing or Microsoft Ad Center. The combination of our trademark plus keywords is acceptable. Publishers may not direct link to RAW WILD using Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing or Microsoft Ad Center. All SEM ads placed on these networks are required to land on the publisher website. Publishers may not place ads and direct link on Google Display Network, this includes text, image, video and media rich ads. Publishers can use Google Display Network if landing traffic on their site first. Publishers are allowed to direct link and trademark bid using tier two search engines like Ask.com, Looksmart, A9.com, Superpages.com, etc. Engine specific questions can be directed to the affiliate team. Publishers are allowed to direct link and trademark bid on International tier one search engines- Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and Microsoft Ad Center. This includes Google.co.au, Google.co.uk, Google.co.nz, Google.co.jp, etc. Engine specific questions can be directed to the affiliate team.
Comparison Shopping Engines:
Publishers cannot submit data feeds directly to any comparison shopping portal.
Pop-Up, Pop-Under, Re-Directs and Software:
Publishers may not use site redirects, pop-ups or pop-unders that link to RAW WILD sites, unless approved by the affiliate team. Malicious software downloads are strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate termination.
Spam and Electronic Messages:
Publisher must adhere to the Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the “Act”], with respect to email marketing.
Unacceptable Content:
Publisher may not post adult-oriented content on any page where RAW WILD content appears. RAW WILD considers content to be "adult" if it contains nudity or obscenity, sexually explicit, pornographic, or lewd material. Publisher may not post any offensive content that is in any way harmful, threatening, obscene, harassing or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Pennsylvania Tax Nexus Restrictions:
Pursuant to current tax nexus laws in the state of Pennsylvania, we unfortunately cannot accept any applicants operating sites within the state of Pennsylvania. All applicants from sites based in Pennsylvania will be denied at this time.
Communication:
RAW WILD asks that publishers adhere closely to the terms set forth in this agreement. We are dedicated to our affiliate program and will provide support to our publishers to help them meet their financial goals. Please call upon us for any assistance. Our affiliate team may be contacted.
All Terms of Service are subject to change, if changes are made you will be notified upon log-in to your AvantLink account.
Affiliate Tax Nexus Policy
Due to state sales tax nexus laws, publishers from the following list of states will not be paid a commission on sales referred to residents of the same state: Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont.
