EPUFFER® Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 30, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the EPUFFER® Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.
Your website, content, and promotional methods must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to advertising, consumer protection, and vaping product promotion in your region.
EPUFFER reserves the right to accept or reject any Affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to promote EPUFFER products in a truthful, responsible, and ethical manner.
You must not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding, or any unlawful marketing practices.
Affiliates may not make medical or health claims about EPUFFER products.
Affiliates may not run paid ads using EPUFFER’s brand names, trademarks, or variations thereof without prior written approval.
3. Commissions
Affiliates earn up to 20% commission on qualifying purchases made by customers who arrive via your unique affiliate link.
Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding VAT, taxes, shipping, refunds, and chargebacks).
Affiliate tracking is managed through EPUFFER’s affiliate software. Only valid transactions tracked through the system will be eligible for commission.
4. Payments
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.
Payments are made automatically by Awin.
If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the following month.
Refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled orders will result in commission reversal.
5. Discount Coupons
Affiliates may be provided with exclusive discount codes to promote EPUFFER products.
Abuse of coupon codes, including self-referrals or unauthorised distribution, may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use EPUFFER-approved banners, images, and marketing materials provided through the Program.
Affiliates may not modify EPUFFER trademarks, logos, or content without prior written consent.
Ownership of all intellectual property remains with EPUFFER.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Promoting EPUFFER products to under-18s or in jurisdictions where vaping is restricted or illegal.
Using false, deceptive, or misleading claims in advertising.
Registering or using domain names containing “EPUFFER” or confusingly similar variations.
Sending unsolicited commercial emails (“spam”) that include affiliate links.
8. Termination
EPUFFER may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
Termination may result in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions if fraud, violation of terms, or prohibited activity is discovered.
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by providing written notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
EPUFFER will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business opportunities arising from participation in the Program.
EPUFFER’s liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 6 months.
10. Modification
EPUFFER reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes by email or via the affiliate portal. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Acceptance
By signing up for the EPUFFER Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
