1) PPC Bidding and Paid Search
a. Affiliates are not allowed to use Twig+Petal trademark terms and keywords. This includes Twig+Petal, twig-petal, twig-petal.com, etc. Any affiliates that violate these terms will be set to a 0% commission and have 7 days to remove the link. If the link has not been removed, we will submit a PPC Violation Report to ShareASale.
2) Coupons and Deals
a. Twig+Petal is not accepting applications from coupon affiliates at this time. Current affiliates are not allowed to feature coupons and deals (customer only) that are not available through ShareASale. Any promotions using coupon codes or deals not provided in ShareASale will result in a 0% commission rate. If you have any questions regarding our coupon restrictions, feel free to reach out to us!
3) Nexus Sales Tax
a. At this time, Twig+Petal will not be able to work with affiliates located in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. If you are located in these states and have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
