Sales Agreement: Fat Quarter Shop will only pay commissions on sales that are deemed valid. Fat Quarter Shop reserves the right to hold back commissions on all returned, canceled, fraudulent, or self-referral orders. Fat Quarter Shop also reserves the right to change terms of the following program sales agreement, trademark policy, and email policy at any time. Fat Quarter Shop will make sure that all changes to the program are communicated through a Shareasale network announcement.
Trademark Policy: Affiliate agrees not to bid on the Fat Quarter Shop brand names or variations or misspellings on any Tier 1 or Tier 2 pay-for-placement search engine, including, Google, Bing, Yahoo, and MSN. You will not, directly or indirectly, purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire any rights to any keyword advertising for search terms that include any Licensed Materials or any trademark or service mark owned by Fat Quarter Shop. We reserve the right to hold back commissions and/or terminate the merchant/affiliate relationship if this policy is not properly observed.
Affiliates are responsible for proper disclosure of the affiliate compensation relationship on their web properties.
