JumpSport Fitness U.S. Affiliate Online Advertising & Sales Policy
This document establishes a policy between JumpSport®, Inc. (owner of JumpSport Fitness™, AlleyOOP Sports® and Wurf™ brands), (referred to as “JumpSport”) and Affiliates located in the United States (referred to as “Affiliate”).
Compliance with these policies is required for each Affiliate to continue being eligible to promote JS Products, and to qualify for any promotional consideration, discounts, or other benefits associated with being a JumpSport Affiliate.
Affiliates may promote JS Products only in keeping with the following guidelines:
JS Products Defined
For purposes of this Policy, the phrase “JS Products” refers to all products manufactured, sourced, or sold exclusively by JumpSport., or JumpSport’s affiliated companies.
Copyright, Trademark, & Other Intellectual Property
We work hard to build and maintain our brands, and related materials. Having strong patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrighted works, and other intellectual property (such as logos, product images, graphics, website content, and product specifications) related to JS Products (“JumpSport’s IP”) helps our business thrive and our product lines grow. When this happens, Resellers’ businesses “win,” as well.
Do’s
Affiliates using the JumpSport®, JumpSport® Fitness Trampoline, Wurf™, or other JumpSport trademarks, such as PlyoFit™, etc., must place the appropriate symbol (either ® or ™) after the trademark.
Through your own social media platforms, you may share (not copy-and-paste) content found on JumpSport’s website(s), YouTube® page(s), and social media platforms, and may also use JumpSport’s IP, so long as such uses are consistent with this Policy.
Dont’s
The Consent to use JumpSport’s IP is subject to the following restrictions and limitations, and to any other conditions found elsewhere in this policy:
You may not transfer this right to another person or entity.
When creating a website don’t simply copy website pages or other content from JumpSport’s website for use on your site unless you first get written permission from JumpSport.
Similarly, when posting information to your social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, G+, etc.) or to a blog, don’t copy and paste information from JumpSport’s social media platforms; share it, instead. That generates the most benefit for both you and JumpSport.
JumpSport owns and/or controls all of JumpSport’s IP, and may modify or terminate this consent at any time.
You may not use or register domain names / URL’s including JumpSport IP.
You agree not to make, sell, or buy products that infringe patents (or patents pending) owned or licensed by JumpSport.
More Lawyer Stuff
This Agreement is made in and governed by the laws of California, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. The parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the California courts in Santa Clara County. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.
