Brand Usage and Branding Guidelines
Affiliates may only use With Clarity logos, trademarks, banners, and other creative materials that have been explicitly provided or approved by With Clarity.
Affiliates may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of With Clarity brand assets without prior written consent.
Affiliates must not use With Clarity brand names, trademarks, or any confusingly similar variations in their business names, social media handles, domain names, or advertising titles.
Affiliates may not imply or represent that they are acting on behalf of With Clarity or that they are an official representative, partner, or agent beyond their role as an affiliate.
Affiliates must ensure that all placements of the With Clarity brand are accurate, respectful, and do not tarnish or misrepresent the brand image.
Affiliates must not use the With Clarity brand in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Affiliates are prohibited from using the With Clarity brand in any paid advertising (including PPC or social ads) unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Affiliates may not use the With Clarity brand in display URLs, ad copy, or any form of deceptive marketing designed to mislead users into thinking they are visiting an official With Clarity property.
With Clarity reserves the right to revoke brand usage rights at any time at its sole discretion and may require immediate removal of any unauthorized or non-compliant uses.
