Program Terms

No Search Affiliates - both brand and generic terms driving traffic to ROA website.

Publisher shall not use any “fat-finger” or “typosquatter” domain name to redirect Internet traffic to Publisher’s website or the Destination Site without Company’s prior written approval.

Promotion Code Policy - Publishers may only use promotional codes that are provided directly through the affiliate program.

The following affiliate sites or behaviors are not permitted:

- Under construction

- Contain adult content or are pornographic or sexually explicit

- Promote violence, discrimination, terrorism, drug use, harassment, or other illegal activities

- Use spyware or phishing techniques or are motivated by fraudulent and dishonest practices

- Adopt black hat web practices

- Work against the interest of Rockets of Awesome

- A competitor or rival company

- Participate in fraudulent activities


Please note, this list is not exhaustive.

You are encouraged to clearly express your relevance and value to the Rockets of Awesome program in your application. You may be rejected if your website does not clearly highlight an obvious relevance for promoting Rockets of Awesome.

Please review our Trademark Policy below.

- Publishers are not allowed to bid on our trademarked terms (like Rockets of Awesome, RocketsOfAwesome, Rocketsofawesome.com) or variants thereof.

- Publishers are not allowed to have Rockets of Awesome (or any variation of Rocketsofawesome.com, etc.) anywhere in their display URL.

- Affiliates may not bid on Trademark terms (or any variation), nor may they use my trademark (or any variation) in their copy or display URL.

- Publishers may NOT call themselves "Official Site" within their AdWords campaign.

- Publishers will have to comply with the removal of offers and/or promo codes when requested.

- Please note that violators risk losing all unpaid commissions and termination of our relationship.
