HitchSwitch Affiliate Program: Additional Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the additional terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate in the HitchSwitch.com Affiliate Marketing Program. These terms govern the establishment of hypertext links from your website to www.hitchswitch.com for the purpose of earning Referral Fees from qualifying purchases.
1. Definitions
We, Us, Our, HitchSwitch: Refers to HitchSwitch LLC.
You, Your, Affiliate: Refers to you, the participant in our Affiliate Program.
Website: Refers to your website, email communications, and/or software applications where you place links to our site.
Affiliate Marketing Program: The program by which you place links to our website and earn a referral fee.
Qualifying Purchase: A purchase made on hitchswitch.com by a user who navigates to our site directly through one of your affiliate links.
Net Proceeds: The total revenue we receive from Qualifying Purchases, after deducting costs such as taxes, shipping, handling, and fees from fraudulent transactions or bad debts.
Referral Fee (Commission): The payment you earn based on a percentage of the Net Proceeds from a Qualifying Purchase, as defined by the program's terms.

2. Promotion and Links
HitchSwitch will provide you with a variety of graphic and textual links (referred to as Links). You may also create your own links, subject to our approval. You and HitchSwitch will work together to develop and implement these Links, which must direct users to a specific page on our website.
3. Prohibited Actions
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
Click Fraud: Do not use any fraudulent, misleading, or coercive methods to generate clicks or orders. This includes, but is not limited to, encouraging or requiring users to click on links or using automated systems.
Inappropriate Content: Do not place our links on any page that contains content which:
Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Encourages illegal activities, including violence, terrorism, or other unlawful acts.
Contains or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
Includes deceptive or false information.
Personal Purchases: You may not use your own affiliate link to earn commissions on your personal purchases.
PPC Restrictions: You are not permitted to bid on "HitchSwitch" or any of its variations (including misspellings) in any Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns without prior written consent from us. HitchSwitch reserves the right to terminate our relationship with you at any time if this rule is violated.
