Affiliate Agreement
To participate in the eGifter Affiliate Program, you must agree to the following:
This Affiliate Agreement contained in the ShareaSale Program Guidelines defined here apply to all prospective and affiliate partners. By submitting an application to join you are confirming you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
"Commission Fees" or "Commissions" - Under the Affiliate Program, you will be be paid a Commission Fee of 1% of the value for each Qualified Purchase of a gift card by a Referred Customer that you refer to eGifter. eGifter reserves the right to change its commission structure with 15 days written notice.
"Qualified Purchase" refers to the sale of a gift card from eGifter on the total amount of the cash collected on the sale. Gift cards sold under a promotion will be calculated based on the final sale price after discount.
eGifter will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance in a timely manner. eGifter has the right to decline an an applicant for any reason in its sole discretion. If we do not approve your application, you may reapply in 3 months from the date of notice.
Promotion of our Affiliate Relationship
eGifter will make a variety of graphic and textual links available to you. These links are required to track conversions and commissions. Commission are issued on Qualified Purchases based upon a successful purchase on the eGifter web site. You agree to establish and maintain the links and update them as necessary. PPC Compliance Affiliates may bid on a trademarked term or keyword (such as a brand name) but are not permitted to use the any trademarked names within the actual ad text for Pay Per Click advertising. Coupon Compliance eGifter reserves the right to limit promotions to one coupon per eGifter email account.
