Welcome to the Luseta Beauty Affiliate Program. These terms govern your participation in our program. By joining, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Luseta Beauty reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Your website, social media, or platform must align with our brand values. We do not accept affiliates promoting adult content, violence, discrimination, illegal activity, or hate speech.

2. Commission Structure

Commission is earned on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, returns, and chargebacks) generated through your unique tracking link.

The standard commission rate is disclosed within your affiliate dashboard and may vary by promotion.

Commission is tracked via a 30-day cookie window.

Commissions are paid monthly through Awin, subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold and compliance with terms.

3. Affiliate Obligations

You must disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and visibly in all promotional content, in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Do not make unapproved medical or exaggerated claims.

Do not bid on Luseta Beauty branded terms (e.g., “Luseta Beauty,” “Luseta shampoo”) in paid search or create confusing redirects.

4. Approved Promotion Channels

You may promote Luseta Beauty via:

Personal blogs or websites

YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms

Email newsletters (no unsolicited emails)

Coupon and cashback sites (only if pre-approved)

You may not promote through:

Adult, gambling, or hate content

Spam or black-hat SEO tactics

Any misleading, offensive, or unauthorized content

5. Use of Brand Assets

You may use Luseta Beauty's approved logos, images, and banners available in the affiliate portal.

You may not alter or misrepresent brand visuals or product packaging without permission.

6. Termination

Luseta Beauty reserves the right to terminate any affiliate at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violating these terms

Engaging in fraudulent activity

Damaging the Luseta brand or reputation

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all Luseta Beauty assets and promotional materials.

7. Program Changes

Luseta Beauty reserves the right to modify or cancel the affiliate program, commission rates, or terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via Awin or email.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luseta Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or uptime of affiliate links due to factors beyond our control.

9. Legal Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all laws, tax obligations, and marketing regulations applicable in their region or country.

By participating in the Luseta Beauty Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and to represent the brand professionally and ethically. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to your success.
