Program Eligibility and Acceptance

Kind Juice reserves the right to reject any website or affiliate application at our sole discretion. Sites may be deemed unsuitable for reasons including, but not limited to, the presence of content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

We may also terminate your participation in the program at any time and for any reason.

Use of Links and Brand Representation

As an approved affiliate, you will be granted access to a variety of graphic and textual links (“Links”), which may be used on your website to identify your affiliation with Kind Juice and to direct traffic to our site.

You may not:

Create or operate any site that imitates the look, feel, or branding of www.kindjuice.com

Use our name or variations of it in domains, site names, usernames, or any identifying content

Use content or images from our website unless provided via the affiliate network or authorized channels

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Compete with Kind Juice in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising on any search engine (e.g., Google Ads, Bing)

Use "Kind Juice" or any combination or variation of our brand name in PPC campaigns

Use brand terms or product names in ad copy, display URLs, domains, directories, metadata, social media profiles, or content identifiers

Promote using misleading, abusive, political, violent, pornographic, or hate-oriented content

Use methods that generate transactions not in good faith (e.g., bots, iframes, pop-ups, redirects, hidden links, etc.)

Dilute, tarnish, or misrepresent the Kind Juice brand in any way

Violations will result in forfeiture of commissions and may result in termination from the program.

Coupons and Promotional Codes

Only coupons and promotional codes provided directly through the Kind Juice affiliate program may be used. Using unauthorized codes is prohibited.

Protected SEM Bidding Keywords

Affiliates are not allowed to bid on or use the following keywords (or any variation/misspelling) in any marketing or search advertising:

Kind Juice, Sub Element, Tobacco Ridge, Nectar, 5 O’Clock Somewhere, Alpine Frost, Custard’s Last Stand, Dawn of the Living Grapefruit, Geisha Moon Song, Granny Tart Smith, Jungle Juice, Little Mean Vanilla Bean, Key West Sunset, Kind Juice Castaway Sample Pack, Lord Of The Truffle, Menthol Drops, Midnight Decadence, Once In A Blue Moon, Pirates Gold, Ring Of Fire, Snowbird’s Grove, Teachers Pet, The Lazy Iguana, Indonesian Clove, Highway 66, Patriot’s Brew, Sweet Carolina, Liberty Bell, Winter’s Harvest, Viva La Libertad, Sultan’s Empire, Radiance, Karma, Virtuous, Lucidity, Harmony, Enlightenment

Content and Website Requirements

Affiliates must create their own original content. Use of unauthorized images, text, or marketing materials from the Kind Juice website is prohibited unless those assets are provided via the affiliate dashboard or an authorized network.

Unacceptable content includes:

Hate speech

Political propaganda

Pornographic or sexually explicit material

Misleading or unethical messaging

Copyright-infringing materials

Sub-Affiliates

Sub-affiliates are only allowed through pre-approved affiliate networks and coupon or data feed services.

Non-Protected Keywords

Affiliates may bid on the following only with prior approval and not in combination with protected terms:

Vape Juice

Organic Juice

Vaping

Vape Tobacco

Tobacco Smoking

Smokeless
