Hoss Tools has the right to terminate any affiliate agreement at any time for any reason. We do not allow ANY pay per click marketing for "Hoss Tools" or any variation. We also do not allow ANY pay per click marketing on our product names such as Wheel Hoe, Garden Seeder or anything related. If we see a PPC ad for any of our products or our name, we will immediately terminate the affiliate agreement. We reserve the right to make a decision on which terms are in violation and will immediately terminate an affiliate agreement if we feel a violation has occurred. Affiliates are not eligible to earn commission from sales resulting from PPC ads containing the following terms (including variations and misspellings):
“Hoss Tools”, “Grow Hoss”, “www.growhoss.com”, “Hoss Garden Tools”, and any other brand-specific or trademarked terms.
