Revitin Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Revitin, LLC ("Revitin"), a Delaware limited liability company, and you, the Affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Revitin Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Enrollment
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed application through our affiliate network or directly to Revitin. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Promotion of Revitin
You may promote Revitin products using links, banners, and content provided or approved by Revitin. All promotional materials must be compliant with applicable laws and accurately reflect the Revitin brand.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliate will earn a commission on Qualified Purchases (defined below) made through tracked links. The commission rate and structure will be communicated separately and may be updated with written notice.
4. Qualified Purchases
A “Qualified Purchase” is a purchase of Revitin product(s) made by a customer through your unique affiliate link, not returned or refunded within 60 days. Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, and canceled orders do not qualify.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1 Coupon and Loyalty Sites
Affiliates may not promote Revitin on coupon, discount, cashback, or loyalty sites unless explicitly approved in writing by Revitin. Any violation of this policy will result in termination of the agreement and forfeiture of commissions.
5.2 Trademark Bidding
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on keywords or phrases containing “Revitin,” including misspellings, or variations, for search engine marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads). This includes but is not limited to:
- “Revitin”
- “Revitin toothpaste”
- “Buy Revitin”
- Misspellings such as “Revetin,” “Reviton,” etc.
Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and reversal of commissions.
6. Brand Guidelines
Affiliate must adhere to Revitin’s brand guidelines and refrain from making false or misleading claims. Use of logos, product images, or trademarks must be approved by Revitin.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, Affiliate will immediately cease promoting Revitin and remove all links and promotional materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Revitin shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
9. Modification
Revitin may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be communicated in writing or via email and will become effective immediately upon notice.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
