Amols' welcomes a broad range of sites, social media users, email marketers & content publishers; however we do reserve the right to limit our partnerships to individuals willing to adhere to our guidelines.
Amols' does not allow affiliates to market or re-sell products sold on Amols.com on sites such as Amazon.com, eBay.com or any other auction or bid-online sites. Affiliates will not receive commissions on products sold through such sites.
Amols' reserves the right to discontinue any affiliate relationship we deem non-beneficial and politely deny any new affiliates based on the information available at the time the decisions being made.
TRADEMARK
Amols' (amols.com) does not allow publishers to create, register, purchase, or obtain, (or attempt to do any of the foregoing) directly or indirectly, any trademark, product mark, trade name, company name, Internet domain name, search engine listing, directory listing, metatag, name that redirects traffic to your site, or other proprietary or commercial right that is identical or confusingly similar (including variations and misspellings) to Amols' (amols.com). If a publisher breaches this paragraph, Amols' maintains the right to immediately terminate the publisher’s participation in the Amols' Affiliate Program and pursue all other remedies available against the publisher under contract and law.
PAID SEARCH
Amols' publishers running paid search programs are NOT permitted to bid on brand terms, and may not use "Amols'" or any other Amols' trademarks in the headline, copy, or display URL of the ad. Amols' also requires all partners running paid search programs to add "Amols.com", "Amols'", and "Amols" as negative phrase matches to all paid search campaigns.
COUPONS and DEALS
When promoting Amols', make sure you are authorized to promote deals or coupons. User submitted coupon codes from other marketing channels such as email and others are prohibited from use by affiliates. Affiliates are not permitted to use misleading text, images or links that imply any deal that is not expressly authorized through the affiliate channel. Customers must see the coupon before they click to be valid. Use of exclusive coupon codes by unauthorized affiliates will result in voided transactions. Coupons and deals must be removed immediately after they expire.
PROMOTIONS
Spyware, adware, parasiteware, browser help objects, cookie stuffing and toolbars are not permitted. We will not accept being opted out partially from toolbars. Full compliance is the only option.
