ezpz Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ezpz Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with creators, bloggers, and marketers who align with our mission to make mealtime a positive and developmentally supportive experience for families. Before joining, please read the following terms carefully.
Program Overview
ezpz is a woman-owned and women-run small business founded by a mom entrepreneur. Our products are thoughtfully designed with a Pediatric Feeding Specialist (M.S, CCC-SLP) and made from 100% FDA-approved silicone. Our mission is to support every step of feeding—from pre-feeding tools to toddler independence.
As an affiliate, you will earn a commission for qualifying purchases that originate from your tracked links. Participation in our program is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Commission & Payout
Commission Rate: 12% on eligible purchases, including gift cards and gift certificates.
Cookie Duration: 30 days.
Payout Method & Threshold: Payments are issued via Awin in accordance with their monthly payment schedule and minimum payout threshold.
Locking Period: Transactions lock approximately on the 20th of the month following the sale to allow for returns and order verification.
Reversals: Orders canceled, refunded, or returned will not be eligible for commission and will be reversed.
Approved Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote ezpz using the following channels:
Blog content and editorial mentions
Email marketing (opt-in only, with prior approval)
Social media platforms
Coupon and deal sites (if compliant with below)
Display/banner advertising
Mobile and in-app advertising
Video platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Please ensure any promotional method complies with all applicable laws, including the FTC Endorsement Guidelinesand CAN-SPAM regulations.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the program:
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Bidding on branded terms or misspellings (e.g., “ezpz,” “ezpzfun,” “ez p z”) is not allowed.
Direct linking to our site from paid ads is prohibited.
Trademark Use Without Permission
Use of ezpz trademarks or proprietary assets is permitted only with provided materials. Do not alter or create custom graphics.
Toolbars, Browser Extensions & Adware
Affiliates may not use downloadable software, toolbars, or browser plug-ins to generate clicks.
Incentivized or Loyalty Traffic
Use of rebates, cash-back, or loyalty programs requires prior written approval.
Email Marketing (without approval)
All emails must be sent to opted-in lists and comply with CAN-SPAM. Suppression files must be honored.
Cookie Stuffing / Forced Clicks
Any means of auto-triggering affiliate cookies without genuine user intent is prohibited.
Refer-a-Friend Programs
Affiliate links may not be used within ezpz’s referral or loyalty programs. Commission will not be paid on self-referrals or peer referrals via such tools.
Gifting, Promotions & Content Use
Affiliates may be offered sample products for review; product gifting is at ezpz's discretion.
We may share affiliate-generated content (with credit) on our channels. If you prefer we do not, please notify us in writing.
Disclosures & Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with ezpz in all public content, as per FTC guidelines. For example:
“This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a small commission if you purchase through my link—at no extra cost to you!”
Non-compliance may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Policy Updates
ezpz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to stay informed of updates posted here or within the ShareASale interface. Continued participation constitutes agreement to the most current terms.
