Agreement and Services
This is a Legal Agreement between you, the Affiliate, and MegaDepot. By joining the MegaDepot Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them. These terms will begin upon your joining the MegaDepot Affiliate Program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by MegaDepot at any time without prior notice or warning to you. If any of the terms of agreement are unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate your affiliate account with the MegaDepot Affiliate Program. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Joining the Program
By joining the MegaDepot Affiliate Program, you, the affiliate, are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the MegaDepot Affiliate Program is solely for the purpose of ethically and legally advertising MegaDepot.com to receive a commission on products purchased by customers you refer.
Termination
MegaDepot, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, refuse to pay commissions, and/or terminate your account without warning or notice for any of the following violations:
- Spamming.
- Inappropriate and misleading advertisements on behalf of MegaDepot.com.
- Advertising on any website that contains or promotes inappropriate content and illegal activities.
- Bidding on MegaDepot Trademark or any misspellings or variations of our company name.
- Domain names can not contain MegaDepot's prohibited trademark name.
- Generate or utilize traffic sources from any form of Spyware or Adware applications.
- "Cookie Stuffing" is not allowed under any circumstances.
Pay Per Click Bidding Guidelines
Allowed
Direct link on any brand-specific keyword (excluding our trademark) within any search engine is allowed as long as the Ad Copies represent MegaDepot.com in a professional manner that won't degrade our brand. Copy must be spelled correctly, have correct grammar, and cannot provide false statements.
Not Acceptable
Affiliate cannot over-bid or out-bid MegaDepot’s ad copies at any time during any bidding process. The use of the words "cheap" or "sale" in Ad Copies is prohibited. Affiliates may not bid on the MegaDepot trademark or any misspellings or variations of our company name. They include, but are not limited to, the following:
- megadepot
- mega depot
- megadepot com
- mega depot com
- www megadepot com
Also, Affiliate may not use any advertising tools on behalf of MegaDepot. An Affiliate can advertise products in any way, but an Affiliate’s advertisement cannot lead customers to the MegaDepot website directly. If MegaDepot determines, in its sole discretion, that the affiliate partner is bidding on "MegaDepot" keywords as mentioned above in the "Not Acceptable" section or disguises their ad as MegaDepot’s ad, than MegaDepot may pursue any or all of the following actions: withhold all payment on any sales commission beginning with the date on which the affiliate partner started bidding on the prohibited trademarked terms or remove the affiliate partner from MegaDepot's Affiliate Program.
Acceptance
By joining the MegaDepot Affiliate Program through the affiliate network, AWIN, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
