Return Policy
Our return window is 30 days from the customer’s receipt of the product. If a purchase is returned to Pillows.com within 60 days of the original purchase date, any associated affiliate commission is subject to reversal.
Violation Policy
All affiliates are required to adhere to the Pillows.com Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removalfrom the program. If an affiliate violates our terms and does not respond to outreach attempts (via email, phone, or chat), their account may be automatically revoked.
Promotions and Offers
Affiliates must use current promotions and offers as reflected in the banners and text links provided through the eBay Enterprise Network. Use of outdated or unauthorized promotions may lead to removal from the program.
Commission Discretion
We reserve the right to void commissions in cases of policy violations.
Traffic Guidelines
Incentivized traffic and downloadable software are currently allowed.
Email campaigns are permitted only if affiliates are CAN-SPAM compliant. Affiliates must contact us prior to launching any email campaigns to request suppression lists and approved creative. Running email campaigns without prior approval is considered a violation of our terms.
Email publishers are accepted into the program on a case-by-case basis and must follow all guidelines to avoid commission reversal or removal.
Search Marketing Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on trademarked terms including (but not limited to):
Pacific Pillows
PacificPillows.com
Pillows.com
Any variation or misspelling of the above
These terms must be added as negative keywords in paid search campaigns. Direct linking to our website from paid listings and the use of our display URL is strictly prohibited.
