Commission is paid on the first month's charge only (the price of the first KitNipBox, net of any discounts).
Bidding on the keyword "KitNipBox" or any variation or misspelling thereof (e.g., Kit Nip, Kit Nip Box, KitNip Box, CatNipBox, KittyNipBox, etc.) or any combination of keywords that includes these keywords is not allowed. Bidding on KitNipBox trademarks (including the KitNipBox name), the company name, the domain names, and/or any misspellings or variations of the preceding keywords is not allowed. No "TM+ bidding" whatsoever is allowed. No trademarks or URLs and no variations or misspellings thereof are allowed in CPC, CPM, or other paid ad title text. Bidding on company specific terms, such as "monthly cat box," "cat subscription," etc. is prohibited.
No SEO around trademarks or URLs or variations or misspellings thereof is allowed.
Using the KitNipBox URL as the display URL in any SEM ads is prohibited.
Use of any intellectual property, including, but not limited to the KitNipBox logo, images, videos, etc. is prohibited, unless expressly authorized by KitNipBox.
Coupon affiliates are not allowed.
All affiliates performing any solicitation activities in a State that would cause a nexus MUST furnish a signed document declaring that they do so (Disclosure Document). The document must be e-mailed to affiliate@kitnipbox.com within 24 hours of approval. All currently approved affiliates must provide the Disclosure Document within 24 hours of the effective date of this agreement. Any affiliate that performs solicitation activities in a State that would cause a nexus, but fails to provide the Disclosure Document, assumes any and all liability, tax payments, penalties, legal fees, or any other fees or expenses arising from the nexus in each State where the affiliate performs such solicitation activities.
Violation of these terms will result in penalties including, but not limited to, Immediate termination, reversed sales, resetting commissions to zero, and other actions, as deemed appropriate by the merchant.
