Bizee.com, LLC Affiliate Agreement
Bizee.com, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) Affiliate Agreement.
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate in the Affiliate Program of The Company, and the establishment of links from your affiliate website to our website: www.bizee.com.
Definitions
Customer: The user sent to The Company site via affiliate link.
Affiliate / You: The publisher advertising links/promotions of The Company.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
First, you need to submit a complete Affiliate Program Application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection within 1 to 2 business days.
We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Affiliate Program for any reason. If rejected, you may reapply at any time.
2. Prohibited Sites / Verbiage
The following are prohibited:
Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence.
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability.
Sites that promote illegal activities.
Sites or verbiage making medical claims regarding our products/services, such as curing or reversing an ailment.
Coupon affiliates are prohibited from this program; we do not utilize coupons.
Affiliates may never promote a deal, discount, or exclusive offer, as Bizee does not offer deals or discounts.
Browser extensions, toolbars, and adware are not allowed for any reason.
Adware includes software that:
Shows an affiliate link on the Bizee website,
Disrupts the shopping experience,
Offers cashback,
Injects a coupon,
Intercepts a server call.
Monetization platforms and sub-affiliate networks that:
Do not show where affiliate links are located,
Hide which publishers have access to the affiliate links,
Cloak, hide, or redirect referring URLs,
Provide affiliate links to prohibited affiliate types such as coupon websites and browser extensions.
Websites built to rank for Bizee trademarks and variations, including:
“Bizee coupons”
“bizee-reviews”
This includes use of these phrases in:
Header tags,
Title tags,
URL keywords, such as url.com/reviews/bizee-coupon.
Certain exceptions may be made for “reviews,” but no exceptions will be made for end-of-sale phrases like “bizee coupons” or “bizee discount codes.”
If you do not send more non-branded traffic to Bizee than branded traffic, we reserve the right to reverse all commissions and terminate the relationship with or without warning.startupsavant+1
3. Spam
Affiliate agrees not to use spam in promoting The Company. This will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and cancellation of any pending commissions.
Affiliate may also be subject to legal action and held liable for any financial loss incurred by The Company.
Any service interruption to The Company’s website caused by affiliate spam will be billed to the Affiliate at $500 per hour until service is restored.
For the purpose of this Agreement, spam is defined as emailing anyone, in bulk or individually, about The Company if they have not specifically requested the information directly from the Affiliate.
Exceptions
Mailing to appropriate opt-in mailing lists where the source sends the mailing on the Affiliate’s behalf.
You may include information about The Company in email acknowledgment messages for orders and inquiries, as long as you clearly state upfront that you will be sending an acknowledgment.
Any advertisement about The Company posted to a newsgroup or chat room is considered spam.
4. Promotion of Our Affiliate Relationship
As an Affiliate Site, we will make available Links and banners that you may display on your site, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Links
We will provide Links consisting of graphic images or text provided by us, subject to change at our sole discretion. These Links will connect your site directly to ours.
By using these Links, users of your site will be able to order products directly from us.
Agreements Regarding Links
You may only display graphic images provided by us.
You must replace such images with any new images we provide during the term of the Agreement.
All Links may be modified or expanded by mutual agreement of the parties.
Each Link connecting users to our site will not alter the look, feel, or functionality of our site.
We encourage, but do not require, you to include a link to our home page.
5. Revoking the Relationship
Both the Affiliate and the Advertiser reserve the right to dissolve the partnership for any reason, at their own discretion, with or without notice.
All commissions may be voided or reversed without notice at Bizee’s discretion.
6. PPC Bidding Rules
Paid search is forbidden for this account without express written permission from the CMO or CEO of the company.
The following trademark-related keywords and variations are not allowed for any reason:
“review”
“coupon”
“good”
7. Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for:
Providing all information necessary to allow you to make appropriate Links from your site to our site.
Processing every order placed by a customer following a special Link from your site.
Tracking the volume and amount of sales generated by your site.
Providing sales statistics to Affiliate Sites.
Order entry, payment processing, shipping, cancellations, returns, and related customer service.
8. Other Responsibilities and Opportunities of Affiliate Sites
If you qualify and agree to participate as an Affiliate Site, you shall display Links prominently throughout your site, as you see fit and with our consent.
Misuse of Service Update
Affiliates may place orders on behalf of their clients.
However, if only Basic package orders are being recommended without additional add-ons, Bizee reserves the right to enforce no payment ($0) for those Basic package orders.
Bizee reserves the right to reverse all commissions at its own discretion and remove any partner from the program for any reason, with or without notice.
Basic Package Policy
Affiliates and partners may not promote or encourage shopping for the Basic package (free + fee, $0 + fee).
This includes describing Bizee as:
Budget,
Free,
Cheap,
Or similar wording.
If you use this type of language or encourage people to select Basic/free, your commissions on Basic packages may be turned off, voided, or cause removal from the affiliate program.
Listing the packages offered in a review or demonstration is fine, as long as you do not encourage or highlight shopping for the Basic package.
Affiliates are not able to earn Basic package commissions on:
Self-shopping,
Client referrals,
Direct referrals,
Ebooks,
Community shares,
Other forms of promotion where the affiliate is reaching a referral directly.
Contests and Promotions
As an Affiliate Site, you may participate in and promote any sweepstakes, contests, and special promotions offered by us.
Only offers and promotional tools explicitly provided by The Company for use on an affiliate site are valid.
Unauthorized use of promotional offers taken from another website is strictly forbidden and may result in termination of this agreement.
Compliance with the Agreement
We have the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor your site at any time to determine whether you are in compliance with this Agreement.
We will monitor for FTC compliance to ensure disclosures are adequately added.

9. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that reviews, descriptions, and articles on your site comply with applicable copyright law, FTC disclosure guidelines, and other laws.
You must have express permission to use another party’s copyrighted or proprietary material. We are not responsible for violations.
FTC disclosures must be clear and conspicuous on your site.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
Disclosures should be:
Close to the claims to which they relate.
In a font that is easy to read.
In a shade that stands out against the background.
For video ads, on screen long enough to be noticed, read, and understood.
For audio disclosures, read at a pace consumers can follow and in words they understand.
Before the first affiliate link on the page.
Before an affiliate link shared on social media.
A disclosure is more likely to be noticed when it appears in both audio and video.
Disclosures should not be:
Hidden in footnotes.
Buried in blocks of text people are unlikely to read.
Placed in hyperlinks.
Hard to find, difficult to understand, fleeting, or buried in unrelated details.
If your review appears to be based on personal use, you must be able to prove that you are a Bizee customer.
If you have not used Bizee, disclose that your review is not based on direct experience and instead uses third-party information.
10. Policies and Pricing
Customers who buy The Company’s products through the Affiliate Program will be deemed customers of The Company.
Accordingly, all rules, policies, and operating procedures regarding customer orders, customer service, and sales will apply.
We may change policies and operating procedures at any time.
Prices and product availability may vary from time to time. Because price changes may affect products already listed on your site, you should either update pricing often or avoid including price information.
Customers sent to The Company must be the end user of the product/service.
If the Affiliate is placing an order on behalf of the customer, approval of this promotional method must be explicitly provided by The Company.
11. Publicity
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material referencing us without first submitting it to us and receiving written consent.
That consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
12. Licenses and Use of The Company’s Logos and Trademarks
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to:
Access our site through the Links in accordance with this Agreement.
Use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material, solely in connection with such Links and only for the purpose of selling products on your site for The Company.
You may not alter, modify, or change the licensed materials in any way without written permission.
You are only entitled to use the licensed materials while you remain a member in good standing of the affiliate program.
You may not use licensed materials for any purpose other than selling products on your site for The Company without prior written consent.
We reserve all rights in the licensed materials and other proprietary rights.
We may revoke your license at any time by giving written notice.
13. Google Shopping / Product Listing Ads
Promotion through Google Shopping or Product Listing Ads is not allowed unless express permission is provided.
14. Consultants, Accountants, Coaches, and Service Providers
If you are setting up accounts for your clients, you will not be able to earn Basic package commissions.
You will be responsible for sending receipts and order numbers to the affiliate manager in order to get credit.
If you send affiliate links to your clients to use Bizee services, you may be asked to share the message, email, or chat screen where you shared the link so Bizee can verify that your clients are aware you earn a referral fee.
Be sure to remove any private data, such as SSNs, before sending.
