KIIROO B.V. - Program Agreement
1. Commissions
Affiliates will be paid commission on confirmed sales.
Commissions on orders canceled by customers before the lock date will be voided.
Commissions for leads that do not qualify (e.g., sales to minors, another KIIROO affiliate dropped the cookie first, sales to countries we do not ship to, etc.) will be voided.
Commissions on sales flagged as fraudulent by Shopify will be voided.
KIIROO diligently inspects orders. If a commission is wrongfully voided, KIIROO may rectify this by sending the target affiliate a manual bonus of the same value as the original voided commission.
Affiliates who damage KIIROO may see all of their commissions voided up until the lock date for each commission.
KIIROO is not obligated to disclose all factors for lead disqualification.
2. Voucher & Discount Codes
Affiliates may only promote discount codes provided directly by the KIIROO team.
Any affiliates promoting unauthorized codes (scraped/stolen from the web) will have the sales reversed and may be removed from the program.
3. Exclusive Affiliate Codes
Exclusive codes are generated for specific partners and provided directly upon request.
Any unauthorized use will result in the commission being declined and potential removal from the program.
4. PPC Restrictions – No Brand Bidding
KIIROO prohibits affiliates from bidding on brand terms on all search engines.
No bidding on brand terms or misspellings.
No use of brand + generic terms.
No direct linking to the KIIROO website from PPC ads or using redirects to do so.
Include “KIIROO” as a negative keyword on all campaigns.
No typo squatting.
Any violations will result in removal from the program and unpaid commissions.
5. Display URLs
Affiliates cannot operate domains containing KIIROO trademarks solely for search engine traffic.
Affiliates may not use www.kiiroo.com or variations as their display URL.
Trademarks may not be used as a subdomain (e.g., kiiroo.yoursite.com).
Trademarks may be used in subfolders (e.g., www.affiliatesite.com/kiiroo).
6. Licence
KIIROO content and website are protected by trademark and copyright law.
No doorway pages, masked URLs, or browser navigation restrictions.
No domains confusingly similar to KIIROO’s URL may be purchased or licensed.
7. Code of Conduct
Affiliates must:
Be gracious, kind, and diligent in promotion.
Avoid practices harmful to KIIROO’s reputation.
Follow all relevant laws and regulations.
Avoid deception or selling to minors.
Follow KIIROO’s style guide when creating content.
Alter official KIIROO materials by at least 70% before use to avoid duplicate content issues.
Avoid “black hat” marketing, spam, or causing harm to third parties.
Market tastefully - no pornographic imagery.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
8. Terms of Exclusion
KIIROO may terminate an affiliate without notice for reasons including, but not limited to:
Selling to minors (purposely or repeatedly).
Violating the Code of Conduct, Disclaimer, Style Guide, or ShareASale Terms.
Compromising brand integrity.
“Black hat” marketing activity.
Offensive or harmful conduct.
Violating PPC restrictions.
9. Marketing Language Rules
Allowed words: Sex, Masturbator, Vibrator, Sex Toy, Cyber Toy, Adult Cyber Toy, Masturbation, Arousal, Intimacy, Passion, Teledildonic, Teledildonics, Lust, Love, Lubrication.
Prohibited words: Porn, Porno, Smut, fap, fapping.
Any unlisted word may be rejected at KIIROO’s discretion.
Marketing must be non-abrasive and inclusive.
10. Disclaimer
KIIROO is not liable for affiliates’ acts or omissions.
Affiliates indemnify KIIROO against claims and damages from their actions.
Any damages caused to KIIROO or third parties must be compensated.
Affiliates must notify KIIROO immediately of legal action threats.
Selling to minors voids commissions.
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate status where legally required.
Affiliates must state they are resellers, not KIIROO partners.
KIIROO may cancel the program at any time.
Content sharing is allowed only within affiliate marketing efforts.
Upon exclusion, affiliates must remove KIIROO content within 48 hours.
Terms may be amended without prior notice.
