These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Jude Connally Affiliate Influencer Program (“Program”) operated by Jude Connally Clothing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “Influencer,” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

You must have an active and verifiable social media account, blog, or platform that aligns with our brand values.

Participation is subject to our approval and may be revoked at any time in our sole discretion.

To join, you must submit an application through our official affiliate registration form.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, including content misalignment, brand conflicts, or non-compliance with our guidelines.

You agree to promote Jude Connally products in a manner consistent with our brand voice, values, and style guidelines (provided to you upon acceptance).

All promotions must be truthful, non-misleading, and in compliance with the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines and applicable advertising laws.

Any sponsored or affiliate content must include clear disclosure (e.g., “#ad,” “#sponsored,” or “affiliate link”).

We will provide you with unique tracking links for use in your promotions.

You are responsible for ensuring links are correctly implemented to track sales and commissions.

Sales generated without your assigned tracking code may not be credited.

Commission rates and payment schedules will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard or separate agreement.

Payments will be made via [payment method] once your account reaches the minimum payout threshold of [insert amount].

Returns, refunds, and chargebacks will be deducted from future commissions.

We reserve the right to change commission rates with 7 days’ written notice.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Jude Connally a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, share, repost, or repurpose any content you create for promotional purposes (with credit where appropriate).

You agree not to post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to the Jude Connally brand.

You agree NOT to:

Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading promotions.

Engage in keyword bidding on “Jude Connally” or related brand terms.

Create fake reviews, impersonate others, or misrepresent products.

Post content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.

This agreement begins upon our acceptance of your application and continues until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice.

Immediate termination may occur for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harm to the brand.

Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials referencing Jude Connally.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jude Connally from any claims arising from your participation in the Program.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and sent via email, with changes taking effect on the stated effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Jude Connally Affiliate Influencer Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
