Teavivre Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Teavivre Affiliate Program on Awin. By applying to and participating in our program, you (“Publisher”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are in addition to Awin’s Network Policies.
1. Program Overview
Teavivre is an international tea brand dedicated to offering authentic Chinese teas and teaware. Our affiliate program rewards publishers who promote our products in an honest and compliant manner.
2. Eligibility
Publishers must operate websites, blogs, or social media channels that comply with applicable laws and Awin policies.
We do not accept publishers promoting content related to adult material, gambling, counterfeit goods, hate speech, or any illegal activities.
3. Publisher Responsibilities
Publishers must ensure all promotional activity is accurate, transparent, and aligned with Teavivre’s brand values.
Affiliate links must be used as provided by Awin. No manipulation, cookie stuffing, or artificial traffic generation is permitted.
4. Commissions & Payments
Standard commission rates are defined within Awin and may be adjusted at Teavivre’s discretion.
Commissions will not be paid on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions.
All payments are processed through Awin according to their payment schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
TeaVivre trademarks, product images, and logos may only be used for affiliate promotion.
Publishers may not alter, resell, or misrepresent Teavivre intellectual property.
6. Termination
Teavivre reserves the right to suspend or terminate any publisher who violates these terms or Awin policies, without prior notice.
Publishers may leave the program at any time by removing Teavivre links and assets.
7. Liability & Compliance
Publishers are responsible for compliance with tax obligations and advertising regulations in their jurisdiction.
Teavivre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
8. Modification of Terms
Teavivre may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via Awin. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
