Linking to Website
Upon execution of this Agreement by Advertiser, links will be made available to Publisher through the Network interface or via Advertiser’s custom desktop URLs. Publisher agrees that it will only use links obtained from the Network or from Advertiser without manipulation. Also, Publisher will ensure that all domains where it uses Advertiser’s link are listed in its affiliate network profile.Publisher hereby agrees that its website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of Advertiser’s website. Publisher will also not use any means to create the impression that its website is Advertiser’s website or any part of Advertiser’s website including, without limitation, framing of Advertiser’s website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, Publisher will not attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of this Agreement. This does not include using "out" redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.
Paid Search Guidelines
Publisher must adhere to Advertiser’s paid search guidelines as follows:Publisher may not bid on any of Advertiser’s trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask or any other network. (Prohibited terms include AccuQuilt, AccuQuilt.com, AccuQuilt, AccuCut, SewNotion, Top Dog Dies, Tek Brands)
Publisher may not use Advertiser’s trademark terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g. Accuquilt Coupons).
Publisher may not use Advertiser’s trademarked terms in Publisher’s ad title, ad copy, display name or as the display URL.If Publisher automates its paid search campaigns, the responsibility is on Publisher to exclude Advertiser’s trademark terms from Publisher’s program and Advertiser strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords.
Domain Names
Publisher’s use of any of Advertiser’s trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for Publisher’s website is strictly prohibited.
Restrictions
Publisher agrees not to use Advertiser’s brand name, logo or links on any inappropriate, controversial, or political sites.Commission will not be given for any code, offer, or promotion that is not available and listed as active in this network. Publisher agrees not to post links on the official Advertiser Facebook brand page. As well, Publisher is prohibited from creating Facebook pages branded using Advertiser trademarks or similar to the Advertiser’s brand page.
Approval
Participation in the Program is subject to Advertiser’s approval. Prospective Publishers must first submit an application to Advertiser’s through the Network in order to become an approved Publisher eligible to post Links to the Advertiser’s Web site and earn compensation. After the application has been submitted, Advertiser’s will have the option of approving or declining the application for any reason or no reason. If approved, the Publisher/You will have already acknowledged acceptance of this Agreement by having clicked through the “Apply” (or otherwise named by Network) button.
