Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates participating in this program are strictly prohibited from using any unauthorized discounting or search engine marketing practices in connection with the promotion of the Advertiser.

1. Coupon Codes, Discount Codes & Promotional Offers

Affiliates may not:

Promote unauthorized coupon codes, discount codes, vouchers, rebates, cashback offers, or promotional incentives.

Advertise expired, fake, misleading, or non-public coupon codes.

Suggest that discounts or promotional offers are available when they are not officially provided by the Advertiser.

Use language implying exclusive discounts, “secret deals,” or unauthorized savings opportunities.

Publish or distribute any coupon or promotional code unless expressly authorized in writing by the Advertiser.

Any affiliate found promoting unauthorized offers or discount codes may have commissions reversed and may be removed from the program immediately.

2. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Restrictions

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any Pay-Per-Click (“PPC”) advertising activities related to the Advertiser, including but not limited to:

Google Ads

Microsoft/Bing Ads

Yahoo Search Ads

Paid social search placements

Retargeting/search arbitrage campaigns

Affiliates may not directly or indirectly bid on keywords related to the Advertiser, its products, services, trademarks, or brand names.

3. Trademark & Brand Keyword Restrictions

Affiliates are expressly prohibited from:

Bidding on the Advertiser’s brand name, trademarks, trade names, domain names, or any misspellings or variations thereof.

Using the Advertiser’s brand name in paid search keywords, ad copy, display URLs, or destination URLs.

Using branded terms in any search engine marketing campaign.

Using domains, subdomains, or social handles that contain the Advertiser’s brand name or confusingly similar variations.

This restriction applies to exact match, phrase match, broad match, and all keyword targeting variations.

4. Search Engine Placement Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

Outrank or compete with the Advertiser in search engine results using paid advertisements.

Redirect paid search traffic through affiliate links.

Use cloaking, redirects, typo domains, or deceptive landing pages intended to mimic the Advertiser.

5. Compliance & Enforcement

The Advertiser reserves the right to:

Reverse commissions generated in violation of these terms.

Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts immediately without prior notice.

Request removal of prohibited advertisements or content at any time.

Audit affiliate traffic sources and promotional methods for compliance.

Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
