Londontown USA Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Affiliate terms and conditions are subject to change. Please list all websites you use to help us ensure our sites are aligned.
GENERAL COMPLIANCE:
1. The affiliate may not purchase the product through their link for personal use and receive a commission on that sale.
2. Londontown reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship if we deem that the writing or posts do not align with our message.
COUPON COMPLIANCE:
Commission will be less than default for coupon affiliates.
1. You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program.
2. Posting any information about how to work around the requirements of a coupon/promotion (ie first time customers only) will result in removal from the program.
3. Coupons must be displayed in their entirety with the full offer, valid expiration date and code.
4. You may NOT use any technology that covers up the coupon code and generates the affiliate click by revealing the codes(s).
5. You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from any non-affiliate marketing channel, including coupon codes from our email, paid search, website or any other non-affiliate advertising campaigns, including posts by the social media community.
6. You may NOT post any information about how to work around the terms and conditions of a coupon/promotion (ie describing how existing customers can qualify as a first-time customer to benefit from an offer to first time customers only).
7. Any existing coupons or deals posted to your site prior to this change should be removed.
Affiliates whose primary business is posting coupons, who are viewed by the program as being a coupon site, and/or who are tagged as coupon in our system, may not be paid commissions for sales generated without a corresponding valid coupon code. Valid codes are defined as codes that are made available to the affiliate channel in general, through newsletters or the Coupon/Deals Database in ShareASale, and directly or privately to affiliates. Coupon codes that are not real, expired, not specific (ie up to 50% off certain items) or are long-term sitewide offers that do not require a code may not be considered valid codes and the affiliate will not be given commission on these orders.
PAID SEARCH/BIDDING COMPLIANCE:
We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding.
1. You may NOT bid on any of our trademarked terms (listed below in “Trademarked Terms”) including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content based campaigns on Google, Facebook, Bing or any other network.
2. You may NOT use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e. Londontown coupons)
3. You may NOT bid in any manner appearing higher than Londontown for any search term in position 1-5 in any auction style pay-per-click advertising program.
4. You are prohibited from running Facebook ads with Londontown’s trademarked company name.
5. Publishers/affiliates are required to negative match any trademarked terms or derivations thereof to avoid any violation.
6. If your website ranks on the first page of Google for terms related to our website or company name combined with the words coupon, coupons, coupon code, promo code, you may be offered a lower commission than our standard rate.
TRADEMARKED TERMS: Publishers/affiliates may NOT bid on the following terms: londontownusa.com, Londontown, London town, londontown usa, londontown inc, lakur, londontown lakur, londontown kur, kur, londontown nail polish, lakur nail polish, londontown nail polish review, londontown lakur review, londontown nail, kur care, lakur polish, florium complex, florium infused, kur nail care, londontown nail care, gel genius top coat, kur gel genius, kur gel genius top coat, kur gel genius base coat
