UrthBox Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in the UrthBox Affiliate Program hosted on AWIN (Advertiser ID: 88563). By joining the program, publishers agree to comply with the following guidelines.
1. Program Overview
The UrthBox affiliate program allows approved publishers to promote UrthBox products and subscription services through tracked affiliate links. Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through their unique tracking links.
UrthBox reserves the right to approve or decline any publisher application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales tracked through AWIN.
Default Commission Rate: 20% per sale
Cookie Duration: 30 days
UrthBox reserves the right to modify commission rates, introduce promotional commissions, or adjust payouts at any time.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Tracking is handled through the AWIN network.
UrthBox operates on a last-click attribution model.
The last affiliate link clicked before the purchase will receive credit for the sale.
Orders credited to an affiliate within another network or promotional channel may appear within AWIN reports as voided transactions for transparency purposes.
UrthBox reserves the right to void commissions resulting from violations of program policies.
4. Paid Search & Brand Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, or promote using UrthBox brand terms in any paid advertising channel.
This includes but is not limited to:
Google Ads
Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads
Yahoo Ads
Facebook Ads
Any PPC, CPC, or SEM advertising platforms
The following are strictly prohibited:
Bidding on keywords containing UrthBox, Urth Box, or any variations or misspellings
Using UrthBox brand terms in:
Paid search keywords
Ad copy
Display URLs
Destination URLs
Because display URLs must match destination URLs, affiliates may not run paid advertisements that direct traffic directly to UrthBox.com.
Affiliates may run paid advertising only on generic keywords, such as:
snack box
snack subscription
snack delivery service
However, those ads must direct traffic to the affiliate’s own website first, not directly to UrthBox.
Violations of these paid search policies may result in:
Immediate termination from the affiliate program
Reversal of all commissions
Permanent removal from future UrthBox affiliate partnerships
5. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates must not promote UrthBox through any of the following:
Adult or explicit content websites
Illegal or deceptive content
Websites promoting age-restricted products
Hate speech or offensive content
Spam or unsolicited email marketing
Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
Adware, spyware, or malicious software
Misleading promotions or false claims
UrthBox reserves the right to determine whether a publisher’s promotional methods are acceptable.
6. Coupon & Discount Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote official UrthBox coupons and promotions provided through AWIN or directly by UrthBox.
The following are prohibited:
Promoting expired or unauthorized discount codes
Publishing misleading coupon offers
Creating unauthorized UrthBox discount codes
Affiliates found violating these rules may have commissions voided.
7. Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent the UrthBox brand accurately and professionally.
Publishers should not:
Make misleading claims about UrthBox products
Misrepresent subscription terms
Present themselves as an official UrthBox website
UrthBox reserves the right to request the removal or modification of promotional content that misrepresents the brand.
8. Compliance with FTC & Advertising Regulations
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure guidelines.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with UrthBox when promoting the brand.
Example disclosure:
"This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."
9. Program Modifications
UrthBox reserves the right to:
Modify program commission structures
Update promotional guidelines
Change tracking policies
Terminate partnerships that violate program rules
Updates to these terms may occur at any time.
10. Termination
UrthBox reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates program policies.
Upon termination:
Affiliate links must be removed immediately
Outstanding commissions may be withheld if violations occurred
