Affiliate Program AgreementThis agreement is in addition to the Awin Services Agreement and does not replace, supersede, or void any part of the Awin program agreement.
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Houseofscuba.com, a California, USA corporation ("Houseofscuba.com"), and you, as an Affiliate ("You", "Your", "Affiliate").
You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before applying as an Affiliate. By signing up to be a Houseofscuba.com affiliate, you indicate Your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. If You do not accept this Agreement, do not apply as an Affiliate.
To sign up as an Affiliate of Houseofscuba.com and to use the Service as an Affiliate Partner, you must be at least 18 years of age.
You will be paid your commissions as outlined by the Awin program agreement.
Prohibited Sites
The following types of sites are not allowed to participate in the Houseofscuba.com Affiliate Program:
- Adult sites or sites displaying adult banners
- Sites that promote violence, bigotry, or hatred
- Sites that promote illegal activity, including but not limited to WAREZ, CRACKING, and HACKING SITES
Permitted Promotions
You may place Houseofscuba.com banners and links anywhere on your site or within non-spam, subscriber emails.
Not Allowed
SPAM Email: You may not send SPAM email. Your affiliate status will be terminated on the first offense. Do not send emails to lists or groups you do not have permission to contact.
Newsgroups, Chat Rooms, etc.: You may not use banners or links to spam newsgroups, Discord servers, chat rooms, messenger services, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, guestbooks, etc.
Self-Purchases: You may not purchase products for your own use through your own affiliate account or links.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Policy
We do allow affiliates to promote Houseofscuba.com using PPC campaigns, but only with branded terms + keywords, such as:
“House of Scuba coupon code”
Affiliates may not use our branded terms alone (e.g., just “House of Scuba”) and must direct all campaign traffic to their own website.
Restricted Keywords and Domain Names (you may not bid on these):
house of scuba
houseofscuba
houseofscuba.com
You may not impersonate Houseofscuba.com or mislead users into believing your ads are from Houseofscuba.com.
Additional Requirements:
Campaign keywords containing "House of Scuba" must be of type "phrase" or "exact match"
Broad match keywords are not permitted as they may overlap with our advertising
Affiliates running PPC campaigns must provide a list of all "House of Scuba" keywords and their match types for review.
Our goal is to help your advertising efforts succeed without overlapping or competing with our own campaigns.
Affiliate Content & Conduct
You represent that all content on your affiliate website or marketing channel is either:
Solely owned by You
Provided with express authority of the company You represent
Does not infringe on any rights (including intellectual property)
Is not defamatory, libelous, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable
You must not promote, distribute, or publish any content as an Affiliate that is:
Libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, fraudulent
In violation of any applicable law
Houseofscuba.com does not review all affiliate content or campaigns, so You remain solely responsible for what you publish.
You may not:
Artificially inflate traffic counts using bots, scripts, pop-ups, redirects, etc.
Click your own banners/links
Submit multiple leads to manipulate statistics
Fraud Policy
Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated accordingly.
Fraud includes (but is not limited to):
Creating fake sales or leads using bots, scripts, or frames
Manually refreshing pages to inflate commissions
Any fraud or attempt to commit fraud will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Termination Rights
Houseofscuba.com reserves the right to deem any site inappropriate and terminate its membership in the affiliate program at any time.
