Heidi Merrick Affiliate Programme: Terms & Conditions
These terms are designed to safeguard the integrity of the Heidi Merrick brand and support a transparent, mutually beneficial relationship with our affiliate partners. By joining the programme, you agree to the following conditions. Any breaches may result in withheld commissions, removal from the programme, or in serious instances, immediate suspension without prior notice.
Brand Representation & Promotion
The use of “Heidi Merrick” or close variations in domain names, subdomains, or social handles is strictly prohibited.
The brand name may appear after your domain (e.g. yoursite.com/heidimerrick) but not before (e.g. heidimerrick.yoursite.com).
Engaging with or commenting on official Heidi Merrick social channels to redirect traffic to your own content is not permitted.
Social media accounts that imitate, impersonate, or include the brand name “Heidi Merrick” will be grounds for immediate removal.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
Bidding on the brand name “Heidi Merrick” or variations (including misspellings or terms like “Heidi Merrick discount”) is not allowed without explicit written permission.
All brand name terms must be excluded from Google Ads, CSS campaigns, and any other paid search activity.
Bidding on generic terms is acceptable, but combinations that include the brand name (e.g. “Heidi Merrick sale”) are prohibited.
Voucher & Discount Code Usage
Only promotional codes issued directly by Heidi Merrick (via the affiliate platform or directly by our team) may be shared.
Commissions will not be paid on orders using unauthorised or invalid codes.
Expired codes must be removed promptly or clearly labelled as expired.
Affiliates who share non-approved codes risk removal and forfeiture of any associated commissions.
Order Validations & Commission Eligibility
Commissions will not be paid on any cancelled, returned, or refunded orders, or those made using unapproved discount codes.

Creative Assets & Messaging
Only official brand creative, imagery, and copy - provided via the affiliate platform or directly by our team may be used.
Affiliates must ensure all content is accurate, current, and reflective of the Heidi Merrick brand and its offerings.
Social Media & Influencer Compliance
When using affiliate links on social platforms (e.g. Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok), clear and visible disclosure is required (e.g. #ad, #affiliate) to remain compliant with advertising guidelines (e.g. ASA, FTC).
Content Rights
By participating in the programme, you grant Heidi Merrick the right to repurpose and feature any affiliate-created content that includes our brand across our digital and marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and paid media.
