LovelyWholesale Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
In addition to Shareasale’s Terms & Conditions, you (Affiliate) must agree to the following:
Website Rules:
Affiliate will immediately be removed from the LovelyWholesale’s Affiliate Program if, upon review, your website:
1. Promotes sexually explicit materials
2. Promotes violence
3. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
4. Promotes illegal activities
5. Incorporates any materials, which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
6. Includes "LovelyWholesale" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
7. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
8. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor design your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Merchant.com or any other affiliated business.
Promotional Rules:
Affiliate will be removed from LovelyWholesale’s Affiliate Program, if upon investigation you have used the following promotional methods:
1. Advertising commonly referred to as "spamming"
2. You may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents your identity, your domain name, or your return email address.
3. We do not allow TM and TM+ bidding for our affiliates. The full list of prohibited terms is found in section “Search Rules”. All affiliates are not allowed to claim that they are the official sites.
4. Bidding on LovelyWholesale trademarks and use of LovelyWholesale.com as Display URL.
5. At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your web sites as independent from LovelyWholesale.com.
Search Rules
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on the following trademark terms.
1. Lovely Wholesale
2. LovelyWholesale
3. lovelywholesale
4. LovelyWholesale.com
5. lovelywholesale.com
6. lovelywholesale coupom
7. lovelywholesale promo code
8. lovelywholesale discount
9. other TM+keywords as well as their vairations and mispellings
Affiliates are prohibited from using the following as display URLs in search campaigns.
1. LovelyWholesale.com
2. www.lovelywholesale.com
Termination
Either you or we may end this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax. In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you.
