Modlily PPC Guidelines
Any violation of the following policy will result in the termination of the affiliate relationship and the forfeiture of all earned commissions.

Allowed Search Engines
Bidding is permitted on Google, Yahoo, and MSN/Bing, subject to the restrictions outlined below.
Modlily and Brand Trademarks
Affiliates MAY NOT bid on Modlily trademark terms—including any misspellings or variations—on Google, Yahoo, MSN/Bing, or their international versions.
The use of www.Modlily.com or any variation (e.g. Modlily.net, Mod-lily.com, Modlily.store) in the display URL is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates MAY NOT use phrases such as "Official Site" or otherwise imply that their ad is affiliated with or endorsed by Modlily.
Bidding on Modlily combined with other terms (e.g. “Modlily coupons”, “Modlily discount codes”) is prohibited.
Bidding on manufacturer trademark terms is permitted unless otherwise restricted by the manufacturer.
The following terms—including all misspellings—are expressly forbidden:
Modlily, Modlily.com, www.Modlily, Mod lily, Modlily fashion, etc.
Direct Linking and Landing Pages
Direct linking to Modlily.com in PPC ads is not allowed.
Domain misspellings or variations are prohibited in the display URL.
Landing pages targeting Modlily keywords must be exclusively dedicated to Modlily. Competitor ads or promotional content are not permitted.
International affiliates may not use Modlily’s domain in display URLs under any circumstance.
Ad Copy Requirements
All advertisements must represent Modlily truthfully, including any claims about coupons, discounts, or sales.
Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as the official Modlily website or an officially endorsed partner.
Policy Exceptions, Penalties & Updates
Modlily reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion. Any such exception must be confirmed via a signed agreement.
Violations will lead to immediate termination of the affiliate account and voiding of all unpaid commissions.
Upon termination, affiliates must remove all Modlily-related content—including product images and descriptions—within 3 days. Unauthorized continued use will result in legal action.
Modlily may update this PPC policy periodically. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email and given at least 7 business days to comply before enforcement begins.

To report a suspected PPC policy violation, please contact Modlily’s affiliate team at: affiliate@modlily.com.
Please include supporting evidence such as ad screenshots, geographic targeting details, tracking URLs, and the search engine where the ad was displayed.
