Terms of Service for DrTim's Aquatics
Trademarks include drtimsaqautics, drtims, drtims aquatics, dr tims, dr tims aquatics, drtim's, drtim's aquatics, dr tim's, dr tim's aquatics, aquacleanse, aqua-cleance, first defense, one & only nitrifying bacteria, one & only bacteria, eco-balance, clear-up, clearup, ecobalance, re-fresh, waste-away, wasteaway, one7only, one7only nitrifying bacteria.
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. As an affiliate, you have already accepted binding terms with the ShareASale network. The following terms are specific to your engagement as an affiliate with our brand, DrTimsAquatics.com
Breach of these terms will lead to immediate termination of Affiliate under this Agreement and may result in transaction voids.
TRADEMARK
Affiliate agrees not to register or use any URLs and/or domain names which are considered by DrTim's to be infringing on the DrTim's name or trademark, including but not limited to the DrTim's registered trademark and all pending trademarks, plus the terms listed above. Affiliate agrees not to use, purchase or otherwise contract with a third party to exploit any of the DrTim's marks or registered domain names, or any marks or domain names which may, in DrTim's reasonable discretion, be confused with DrTim's marks or registered domain names, including but not limited to misspellings of DrTim's marks or registered domain names, whether in metatags or otherwise.
It is ok to use the DrTim's Brand Term in the display url subdomain or path. For example: yourwebsite.com/DrTims are permitted, but the landing page must contain only DrTim's offers and no offers for competitors, and the domain name must not be registered under an identity-shield.
DrTims.yourwebsite.com is not permitted.
Direct linking, trademark and trademark plus ppc ads are PROHIBITED, without permission from the affiliate manager.
Usage guidelines as they relate to the use of advertisers trademarks and/or logos in ad copy and Web site content. Only use logos and images provided through ShareASale interface.
COUPONS and DEALS
When promoting DrTim's, make sure you are authorized to promote deals or coupons. User submitted coupon codes from other marketing channels such as email and others are prohibited from use by affiliates. Affiliates are not permitted to use misleading text, images or links that imply any deal that is not expressly authorized through the affiliate channel. Use of exclusive coupon codes by unauthorized affiliates will result in voided transactions. Coupons and deals must be removed immediately after they expire.
SOFTWARE/TOOLBARS
Spyware, software, adware, parasiteware, browser help objects, cookie stuffing and toolbars are not permitted.
RESTRICTIONS
Commissions will not be paid on sales to professional accounts: pet stores, catalogs, research companies, fish farmers, public aquariums, wholesalers or service companies. Commissions will be voided on cancelled or refunded orders.
