(1) *Coupons and promotional offers.* All affiliates are to use only coupon codes and promotional offers expressly authorized for affiliate use and issued to them by Biblio. They agree not to post unauthorized coupon codes, or allow others to post unauthorized coupon codes. Biblio reserves the right to void affiliate commissions on sales using unauthorized codes.
(2) *Trademark and brand usage.* Biblio grants limited, nontransferable usage of its trademark and brand to its affiliate partners at its sole discretion solely for the purpose of referring customers to its sites. “Biblio” is a registered trademark of Biblio, Inc and includes the words "Biblio", "Biblio.com", "Biblio.co.uk", "Biblio.com.au", "Biblio.co.nz" and all derivations thereof. Affiliates are prohibited from using Biblio's brand or trademark in any way that has the intent of diverting sales referrals from other affiliates (i.e., “cart hijacking”) or diverting sales to competing sites. In particular,
1. Affiliates are prohibited from using the Biblio trademark in the title, H1 tag, or URL of landing pages and must keep the use of our trademark to less than 5% of the page copy. Alternatively, they may place a "noindex" tag on such pages to instruct search engines to not index those pages, and
2. Affiliates agree not to bid on the Biblio trademark in any paid search advertising.
Biblio reserves the right to void affiliate commissions on sales resulting from unauthorized use of the Biblio brand or trademark.
