Please read our affiliate terms of agreement before you apply to our program or start advertising on behalf of Hopemaru Enterprises Inc.
Cookie Duration: 60 Days
Commission: 5% on first referral leads for entire sale amount. If you are primarily a coupon website we reserved the right to set your commission rate at 2%. If you believe we have mislabeled your website, please contact us for review.
Lock Dates for Commission Payouts: PremiereAdirondackChairs.com utilizes a two-tier custom lock date for payments to affiliates. We have two levels of products being sold on our website; "in stock" items (usually ship in 1-5 business days) and "made-to-order' items (usually ship in 2-4 weeks). Our company return policy allows a customer to return a product up to 30 days after delivery.
- Tier 1 custom lock date: Payout "in stock" items 35 days after the original order date.
- Tier 2 custom lock date: Payout for "made-to-order" items is set at the product level and can vary between 35-60 days based on estimated manufacturing times.
- Affiliates will be paid on the 20th of the month after the lock date has expired as per share-a-sale affiliate payment policies.
Coupons: Affiliates may not use the coupons provided to our email subscribers in their promotion of our site. The discounts offered in our emails are for our subscribers only.
E-mail: Affiliates MAY use email marketing to drive traffic to our site, as long as they comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email. We require you copy us at doug@premiereadirondackchairs.com on all email campaigns.
Keyword Advertising: Affiliates may not advertise our trade mark keywords, i.e. 'Premiere Adirondack Chairs', 'Premier Adirondack Chairs' 'premiereadirondackchairs.com', 'premieradirondackchairs.com, etc without our permission. Affiliates MAY bid on product keywords through PPC programs such as Yahoo Search Marketing, Google AdWords, and Kanoodle, but only to drive traffic to Affiliates own website. Affiliates may not use PPC ads to drive traffic directly to our site.
State Restrictions: Hopemaru Enterprises Inc. does not accept applications from residents of New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Illinois, Connecticut, California, Arkansas.
eBay and Amazon: Hopemaru Enterprises Inc. does not allow affiliates to place products, links, banners, or stores on eBay or Amazon.
Other Restrictions:
- Affiliates may not use pop-ups and we have a zero tolerance for spamming and the use of malware for promoting our websites.
- Affiliates may not append their affiliate ID to product URL’s and upload them to free classified ad sites such as Google Shopping, Bing Shopping, Go Shopping and CraigsList.
- Affiliates may use copy taken from our sites in an email, but not on a webpage. This is to avoid potential duplicate content penalties from the Google search engine.
- You agree that you will only use tracking links obtained from the shareasale affiliate interface without manipulation.
- All domains that use your affiliate link must be listed in your shareasale affiliate profile.
- You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your Website is our Website or any part of our Website including, without limitation, framing of our Website in any manner.
