Affiliate Terms of Agreement This Affiliate “TOA” Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of TheChessStore and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the ShareASale Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and agree to abide by all terms as stated herein. Approval and Authority.TheChessStore.com reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. TheChessStore has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.1] PPC bidding is allowed to SEM affiliates, but we do not allow TM and TM+ Keywords bidding for our affiliates. We do not allow our affiliates to use the word TheChessStore and chess set, chess pieces, chess boards. All affiliates are not allowed to claim that they are the official site.2] You may not directly compete with us for PPC traffic on search engines such as google Adwords or bing advertising. You also may not submit competing feeds to Google Product Search or Bing Shopping.3] TheChessStore.com does not allow the use of our web site URL (TheChessStore.com) to be displayed as the url for PPC ads.4] Affiliates can use TM + coupon code for PPC advertising (i.e. coupon for chess). Coupon code must be valid. Don't use fake coupon for promotion.5] You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program.6] We will not pay affiliate commissions on Collector Club members sale order.If you have any questions or concerns, we would be happy to discuss and help you with any issues you might have.
