We are committed to partnering with affiliates who share our mission of helping consumers achieve healthier lifestyles through innovative, wellness-focused products. By joining our program, affiliates agree to comply with all applicable laws, FTC disclosure requirements, Awin policies, and the terms outlined below.

Miracle Noodle reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

Affiliates are expected to represent the Miracle Noodle brand professionally, honestly, and accurately at all times.

Miracle Noodle maintains a strict trademark protection policy.

Please do not bid using our Trademarked Terms — i.e., Miracle Noodle, Miracle Rice, Miracle Living, or variants and misspellings thereof — in any PPC campaigns. Bidding on any of these trademarks will result in immediate removal from our affiliate program and suspension of all accrued payments.

This restriction includes but is not limited to:

• Google Ads
• Bing Ads
• Yahoo Ads
• Shopping Ads
• Display Ads
• Retargeting Campaigns
• Social Search Advertising
• Any future paid advertising platform

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on Miracle Noodle trademark terms.
• Bid on trademark misspellings or variations.
• Use Miracle Noodle trademarks in ad copy, headlines, URLs, display URLs, or domain names.
• Direct-link to Miracle Noodle websites through trademark-based advertisements.
• Create advertisements that may confuse consumers into believing they are official Miracle Noodle advertisements.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate termination from the affiliate program.
• Reversal of all pending commissions.
• Suspension of unpaid earnings.
• Permanent exclusion from future participation.

Commissions are earned only on valid, completed transactions.

Commissions will not be paid on:

• Cancelled orders
• Refunded orders
• Returned orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Chargebacks
• Duplicate orders
• Self-purchases
• Orders generated through prohibited promotional methods

Miracle Noodle reserves the right to reverse commissions associated with invalid or fraudulent transactions.

Affiliates may use approved creative assets provided through Awin or directly by Miracle Noodle.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify Miracle Noodle logos without written approval.
• Misrepresent Miracle Noodle products.
• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health claims.
• Claim that Miracle Noodle products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases.
• Represent themselves as employees, agents, or official spokespersons of Miracle Noodle.

All content must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines and clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.

Commission rates are displayed within the Awin platform.

Miracle Noodle reserves the right to:

• Adjust commission rates at any time.
• Offer temporary bonuses or incentives.
• Create custom commission structures for select partners.
• Exclude specific products, promotions, subscriptions, or campaigns from commission eligibility.

Commission eligibility is determined solely by Miracle Noodle and Awin tracking data.

Miracle Noodle reserves the right to modify these program terms at any time.

Whenever possible, affiliates will receive advance notice of material changes.

Miracle Noodle reserves the right to immediately terminate any affiliate account for:

• Trademark violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Deceptive marketing practices
• Brand misrepresentation
• Violation of FTC guidelines
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the Miracle Noodle brand

Immediate termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

We welcome applications from:

• Health and wellness influencers
• Recipe creators
• Bloggers
• Nutrition-focused publishers
• Lifestyle content creators
• Fitness creators
• Email marketers
• Content and review websites

The following publisher types may require additional review and approval:

• Coupon websites
• Cashback websites
• Loyalty programs
• Rewards programs
• PPC affiliates
• Sub-affiliate networks
• Incentivized traffic partners

Miracle Noodle reserves the right to reject any publisher type that does not align with our brand values.

Miracle Noodle uses Awin tracking and attribution technology to determine commission eligibility.

Where multiple marketing channels contribute to a sale, Miracle Noodle reserves the right to determine commission attribution based on internal attribution rules and platform data.

Transactions attributed to another channel may not qualify for affiliate commission.

The final determination of commission eligibility rests with Miracle Noodle.

Miracle Noodle actively monitors affiliate activity to protect its trademarks, reputation, and customer experience.

Affiliates found engaging in trademark abuse, deceptive marketing, unauthorized coupon promotion, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that may damage the Miracle Noodle brand may be removed immediately without prior notice.

Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with affiliates who provide genuine value to their audiences while maintaining the integrity of the Miracle Noodle brand.
