Affiliate Terms of Agreement (TOA)
This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of MaximumSlim, LLC and the Web Site Owner who joins as an affiliate partner via the ShareASale network. By becoming an affiliate, you agree to all terms stated below.
1. Approval & Authority
All websites, newsletters, companies, or individuals must receive official approval from MaximumSlim.com before joining the program.
MaximumSlim reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate or website at its sole discretion if deemed unsuitable.
Unsuitable content includes (but is not limited to) unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable material.
2. Compliance with Laws & Ethical Standards
Affiliates are prohibited from:
Using MaximumSlim links or ads on any site that violates laws/regulations applicable in Canada or the United States.
Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation.
Promoting violence or any criminal activity.
3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Search Engine Advertising Rules
Affiliates may not directly compete with MaximumSlim for PPC traffic on search engines such as Google Ads or Bing Ads.
Affiliates may not submit competing product feeds to Google Product Search or Bing Shopping.
