Affiliate agrees not to bid on Born To Sell's brand keywords, brand misspellings, or any similar trademarks on any pay-per-click search engines or content networks, including, but not limited to: Google, Yahoo Sponsored Search, Bing, and Ask.com.
Affiliate is NOT allowed to bid on keyword strings that include brand words plus a promotional modifier (i.e. "Born To Sell coupons", "Born To Sell discount").
Affiliate agrees to add Born To Sell brand words, brand misspellings, or similar trademarks as "negative match" keywords into their paid search marketing accounts including, but not limited to: Google, Yahoo Sponsored Search, Bing, and Ask.com.
Affiliates may not use www.borntosell.com or borntosell.com as the display url and may not direct link to the Born To Sell site.
Affiliate can utilize Born To Sell's trademarked terms in the Title and the Ad Copy of their ads on the search engines according to the brand guidelines provided by Born To Sell.

Affiliates found in violation of the above policies will not be compensated or commissioned for sales generated from the time of the violation until the unauthorized bid is removed. Affiliates caught repeatedly violating these terms will be subject to removal from the program.
