ExpertFlyer.com is operated by New Imagitas, Inc. By joining our affiliate program through Awin, you agree to the terms below. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Our Commitments to You
We will provide you with approved creative assets, text links, and tracking links to promote ExpertFlyer through your media channels. We will pay commissions on all confirmed qualifying transactions processed through Awin, after the applicable free trial period has converted to a paid subscription. Commission rates are defined in your Awin publisher dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Qualifying Transactions
A qualifying transaction is a new subscriber who accesses ExpertFlyer through your tracked link, completes a subscription purchase after their free trial, and is not later found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of these terms. Commissions on transactions that result in a chargeback, refund, or cancellation will be reversed. If a commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from a future payment.
Trademark and Brand Usage
ExpertFlyer, ExpertFlyer.com, Empowering the Frequent Flyer, and the ExpertFlyer logo are registered trademarks of New Imagitas, Inc. Any use of our name, trademarks, logos, or creative assets requires our prior approval and permission may be withdrawn at any time. You may not modify our logos or create materials that imply endorsement beyond what is expressly authorized.
Paid Search
Bidding on the terms "ExpertFlyer," "Expert Flyer," "ExpertFlyer.com," or any close variation in paid search campaigns is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found in violation will forfeit all paid and pending commissions and be removed from the program.
Prohibited Affiliates and Practices
We do not accept coupon, deal, or discount sites into the program. Applications from these publishers will be declined, and active affiliates found operating in this category will be removed. You may not use deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent methods to generate traffic or transactions. You may not place ExpertFlyer ads on auction platforms such as eBay or Amazon.
Content Standards
You are solely responsible for the content on your media channels. All content used in connection with ExpertFlyer must be lawful, accurate, and must not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or rights. You may not make claims about ExpertFlyer's features or services beyond what is expressly stated in our approved materials.
Termination
Either party may exit the program at any time. ExpertFlyer reserves the right to suspend or remove any affiliate for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the program or our brand.
