This Affiliate Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of Eastessence and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the Shareasale Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and agree to abide by all terms as stated herein. Approval and Authority.
Eastessence reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Eastessence has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.
1] Eastessence does not allow competing PPC advertising on Google ,Bing/MSN and Yahoo for any term that uses or combines the word "Eastessence"
2] We allowed few keywords to bid for our affiliates. Check in our PPC biding rules. You only allowed to bid the keywords which we have give you permission to do.
3] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.
4] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to www.eastessence .com, as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of www.eastessence.com or any variations our name are prohibited.
5] You may not directly compete with us for PPC traffic on search engines such as Google ad words or bing advertising. You also may not submit competing feeds to Google Product Search or Bing Shopping. If you have questions about feeds or links, send us an email and ask.
6] We don`t provide any coupon for our affiliates. So affiliate are generating sale from fake coupon will be voided as well they will removed from our affiliate program.
