Ink4Less Affiliate Terms and Policies
OEM vs Compatible and Remanufactured Products

Coupon Code Policy: Ink4Less will not pay out commissions for orders where coupons are applied against specific rules prohibiting discounts towards original name brand (OEM) products or the stacking of promotional codes, or any other attempt to “trick” the coupon system for gain beyond the implied offer. For more information, please review the “Rules” that are assigned to respective codes upon issue. If an affiliate website fails to post complete “coupon rules” we will further hold the affiliate responsible for not providing the offer’s full disclaimer and the affiliate will be subject to loss of commission, plus risk losing their Ink4Less affiliation for creating indirect confusion for Ink4Less customers.
Trademark and PPC Policy: PPC Search publishers are encouraged to perform PPC, but must refrain from any PPC search bidding on our trademarked items (i.e. ink4less, ink4less.com, ink4less coupon) or variants thereof (Ink-4-Less, InkForLess, Ink 4 Less, Ink For Less, etc.). We do not tolerate hijacked traffic. In addition, publishers are not allowed to have ink4less.com (or any other variation of ink4less.com) anywhere in their display URL. Violators risk losing all unpaid commissions and termination of their Ink4Less relationship. These restrictions are strictly enforced 24 hours/day. Exceptions: As of October 16, 2014, Ink4Less will allow limited PPC bidding using Ink4Less trademarks via search engines other than Google, Bing, Yahoo and Amazon. Acceptable examples include, but are not limited to: Altavista, Entireweb, Gigablast, etc. If you have questions concerning accepted search engines, contact the Ink4Less Affiliate Manager at shareasale@ink4less.com.
Pre-existing, Net Term or Customers with Contract Pricing: Ink4Less maintains a growing list of loyal customers, including volume and net term accounts. We work very hard to acquire and maintain these customers and invest in their satisfaction. Not only do our loyal customers reap the benefit of enjoying deep discounts through our various direct marketing activities, but in many cases with volume and net terms, they also are provided addition discount pricing based on contracted volumes or guaranteed long-term business. Ink4Less does not pay out commissions on these pre-existing customers who already buy from us on discount and who unknowingly trigger commissions through spontaneous affiliate activities. Commissions will be voided as "Non-qualified Leads."
Self-Referral Policy: Ink4Less does not allow affiliates to make purchases at ink4less.com that results in commissions paid to their Ink4Less affiliate account. This practice is known as a self-referral and is a violation of the Ink4Less affiliate agreement. Any commissions found to be paid out through such practices will be voided and multiple offenders will be at risk of having their Ink4Less affiliation cancelled.
Other Misc.: Ink4Less has seen an increase in fraudulent orders, as well as some unacceptable tactics to trick customers into using an affiliate link, including applications and/or services that employ browser-based methodologies that mimic popular search bars; customers are unaware they are searching through a third-party application and not using Google or Bing. These practices are not acceptable, and affiliates found practicing such tactics will be warned and/or removed from our approved list and reported to Awin. We have also seen an increase in cancelled orders from affiliate sites that offer incentive to their members to make a purchase. Both fraudulent or cancelled orders will be deducted/voided, and proof will be provided upon request.
