Supplemental Affiliate Summit Program Terms & Conditions
The following Supplemental Affiliate Summit Program Terms & Conditions
(“Supplemental Terms”) apply to all Affiliates participating in the Affiliate Summit
affiliate program through Shareasale.com (the “Program”). These Supplemental
Terms incorporate by reference the Shareasale.com Affiliate Service Agreement
located at http://www.shareasale.com/agreement.cfm (jointly referred to herein as the “Agreement”). To the extent of any conflict between the Supplemental Terms and the Affiliate Service Agreement, the Supplemental Terms will control. By participating in the Program, you agree to be legally bound by these Supplemental Terms.
1. You are prohibited from using deceptive marketing practices or engaging in any
form of fraud to generate sales under the Agreement.
2. You are prohibited from using a domain name containing any form of the phrases “affiliate summit,” “affiliatesummit,” or “affiliate-summit” to generate sales under the Agreement.
3. You are prohibited from purchasing Affiliate Summit passes through the
Program.
4. You are prohibited from using a discount code in connection with the Program
unless you first obtain Affiliate Summit’s express, written authorization to use
such discount code.
5. You are prohibited from generating sales under the Agreement using any form
of “Coupon Site” or “Reward Site.” A Coupon Site is defined as a website whose
primary form of monetization is derived from distributing coupons to consumers.
A Reward Site is defined as a website whose primary form of monetization is
derived from requiring consumers to participate in advertising offers in order to
qualify for “free” gifts.
6. You are prohibited from generating sales under the Agreement using networks
that do not disclose the identity of the company operating the site from which the
traffic originated; such networks include, without limitation, "sub affiliates", “Super Affiliates” and “blind networks.”
7. If you earn more than $600 under the Agreement in a given fiscal year, you are
required to submit your taxpayer identification number (SSN or FEIN) to Affiliate
Summit prior to February 1st of the following fiscal year, assuming you have not
already done so in a prior year.
8. Affiliate Summit has sole discretion to determine whether you have violated
these Supplemental Terms. No commissions will be paid on sales generated
in violation of these Supplemental Terms. If Affiliate Summit determines that
you have violated these Supplemental Terms, you must immediately return all
commission payments, as specified by Affiliate Summit. Alternatively, if Affiliate
Summit determines that you have violated these Supplemental Terms, Affiliate
Summit may (a) withhold pending commission payments, (b) offset future
commission payments, and (c) pursue all other available legal remedies.
