Affiliate Terms of Agreement
This Affiliate “TOA” Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the rights and responsibilities of Abaco Polarized and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the ShareASale Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and commit to abide by all terms as stated herein.
Approval and Authority:
Abaco Polarized reserves the right to reject any website or affiliate if, upon review, it is determined, at our sole discretion, that the site is unsuitable for any reason. Unsuitability may include, but is not limited to, the inclusion of content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Abaco Polarized holds the right to reject applications or terminate participation in the program, at our sole and absolute discretion, for any reason.
Specific Prohibitions:
- Abaco Polarized prohibits the use of trademark names AbacoPolarized.com, Abaco Sunglasses, Abaco Polarized, & Abaco + Keywords in PPC Campaigns.
- Abaco Polarized does not allow the use of our web site URL (abacopolarized.com) to be displayed as the URL for PPC ads.
- You may not directly compete with us for PPC traffic on search engines such as Google AdWords or Bing advertising. Affiliates are not permitted to run ads using search terms on any search engine.
- Affiliates are prohibited from submitting competing feeds to Google Product Search or Bing Shopping. Any questions about feeds or links should be directed via email for approval.
- Affiliate shall not create a site that is confusingly similar to www.abacopolarized.com, as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of www.abacopolarized.com or any variations of our name.
- Coupon Code Usage: Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they may only use coupon codes provided by Abaco Polarized, which are made available through the affiliate account on the ShareASale Network. The use of any coupon codes not expressly provided by Abaco Polarized is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in the termination of the affiliate's participation in the program, at the sole discretion of Abaco Polarized.
By accepting these terms, the Affiliate acknowledges the importance of adhering to these guidelines for a successful partnership. Abaco Polarized reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to stay informed about any changes.
