1StopLighting.com Affiliate Agreement
Thank you for being a valued partner in the 1StopLighting.com Affiliate Program. We are here to assist you any way we can. Please carefully read through our Affiliate Agreement. By joining or continuing to be a part of the 1StopLighting.com Affiliate program you are acknowledging your agreement to these terms. Commission Structure
Standard Commission Rate: 7%
Personalized commission rates are also available upon request
Orders over $1,400 will be capped at $250 for commission
Pay Per Click Marketing (PPC):
PPC is permitted, but with certain exceptions.
You may NOT bid on any keyword or phrase containing our brand name or url, such as:
1. 1stoplighting
2. 1 stop lighting
3. one stop lighting
4. 1stoplighting.com
5. www.1stoplighting.com
Direct-to-merchant PPC is permitted with the excepting of the following keywords:
1. Any keyword or phrase containing the brand name or url, (examples above).
2. Any keyword containing the name of one of our manufacturers
You MAY use 1StopLighting in your Ad copy.
You may NOT include 1StopLighting in your domain name.
Software:
You shall not use any third-party software or technology (aka "adware") for
purposes of engaging in pop-up or pop-under advertising and/or generating
non-user-initiated activity (e.g., forced clicks or redirects.)
Ad Copy / Marketing Material
You may not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material, including email, that makes reference to 1StopLighting or displays a hyperlink that directs
traffic to the 1StopLighting web site or the destination site without first submitting such material to 1StopLighting and receiving our written consent.
1StopLighting reserves the right to withhold/cancel sales commissions and deactivate Affiliate partnerships if it's discovered that an Affiliate is bidding on the brand names, or violating these terms, conditions and policies in any way. 1StopLighting also reserves the right to void any transactions due to invalid payment, return of merchandise, undeliverable purchases or any other reason where payment is refunded or not accepted.
