Program Terms

User Policy
Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords
SuperHeroStuff reserves exclusive rights as to the advertising of our brand name within all pay-for-placement and other search campaigns. These names include: SuperHeroStuff, SuperHeroStuff.com, www.superherostuff.com, and any variation/misspelling of our brand names. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on these keywords, nor may they bid on keywords that include our brand (and variations/misspellings) followed by “coupon”, “promo code”, “discount”, “deal”, or like terms.

Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Display URL Content
Affiliates may NOT use SuperHeroStuff, SuperHeroStuff.com, www.superherostuff.com, or any variation/misspelling of our brand names in the Display Name or Destination URL of any Search ads.

Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content
Affiliates may not use the brand terms SuperHeroStuff, SuperHeroStuff.com, www.superherostuff.com, or any variation/ misspelling thereof, in the Title or Text of any Search ads. Affiliate root domain names may not contain the words SuperHeroStuff, SuperHeroStuff.com, www.superherostuff.com, or any variation/ misspelling thereof. Affiliates may include our brand (superherostuff, for example) as a sub domain of another, non-branded domain.

Search Campaigns - Direct Linking
Affiliates are NOT allowed to link directly to our Web site from any search ads that use a keyword or term defined as a Protected SEM Bidding Keyword. This includes our brand name (SuperHeroStuff, SuperHeroStuff.com, www.superherostuff.com, and any variation/misspelling therof). Affiliates are prohibited from direct-linking based on these keywords, and are also prohibited from direct-linking on keywords that include our brand (and variations/misspellings) followed by “coupon”, “promo code”, “discount”, or similar terms.
Affiliates ARE permitted to direct-link from search ads that use a keyword or term within the Recommended Search Keywords list (i.e. based on character or product type).
“Direct Link” includes redirects where clicking on the search ad sends users from the affiliate’s tracking URL to the SuperHeroStuff.com domain, i.e. without a separate landing page.

Search Campaigns - Special Instructions for SEM Affiliates
• Affiliates may not claim to be SuperHeroStuff, SuperHeroStuff.com, www.superherostuff.com, or any variation/misspelling thereof in any pay-for-placement or other search engines.
• Brand terms, and variations/misspellings of brand terms must be set to negative match in keyword bids for all Search campaigns (exact and broad match on the brand terms are not allowed on brand terms such as SuperHeroStuff or on variations/misspellings of the brand terms).
• Violations will be cause for affiliate's immediate termination and any unpaid commissions will be unearned, disallowed and/or charged back.

Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
Affiliates are prohibited from using SuperheroStuff, superherostuff.com, www.superherostuff.com, and any variation/misspelling of our brand names in the top-level domain of their Web site.

Coupons, Promotional Codes, and Discounts
Affiliates may ONLY use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate network and that are not expired. Use of unauthorized coupons or promotional codes or any code not acquired through the Share-a-sale network can result in termination from our program. Affiliates may not state in the Display URL, Ad Title, or Ad Text any percentage-off or dollars-off discount that is not current and valid.

Commission Structure
Our starting commission rate is 10% (exception: coupon/deal sites earn a 2% commission). Our incentive tiers for non-coupon/deal sites are based on prior-month’s sales as follows:
Incentive Tiers (Non-Coupon/Deal Sites)
• Monthly sales above $1,000: 11% commission
• Monthly sales above $2,000: 12% commission
• Monthly sales above $3,000: 12% commission
• Monthly sales above $4,000: 14% commission
• Monthly sales above $5,000: 15% commission
We may also award higher commissions for certain affiliates with whom we seek to expand our relationship on a case-by-case basis.

Commission Rule – Late Entrance (Coupon Sites)
A late entrance occurs when less than 10 minutes elapse between the commissioned click and the order time. In the case of coupon sites only, late entrances will result in the commission being denied.
