Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before you join our program or begin promoting it. These terms are written in plain language to ensure they are easily understood and followed. Adhering to these terms ensures the DoItTennis.com Affiliate Program remains sustainable and profitable for both you (the affiliate) and us.
Definitions
As used in these Terms:
- “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to DoItTennis.com
- “You” or “your” refers to the Affiliate
- “Our website” refers to the DoItTennis.com website located at www.DoItTennis.com
- “Your website” refers to any site that links to our website
- “Program” refers to the DoItTennis.com Affiliate Program
Coupon Guidelines
If you promote coupon codes, you must adhere to the following:
- You may ONLY advertise coupon codes provided directly through the affiliate program or network.
- You may NOT advertise coupon codes from:
- Non-affiliate advertising
- Customer emails
- Paid search
- Any other marketing campaigns
- Violation of these terms may result in:
- Removal from the affiliate program
- Reversal of sales
- Reduction in commissions
PPC Guidelines
If you participate in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, you must comply with the following:
- Do NOT bid on any of our trademarked terms (or variations/misspellings) in any search or content-based campaigns (e.g., Google, MSN, Yahoo).
- Do NOT use our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g., “DoItTennis.com Coupons”).
- Do NOT direct link to our website from a PPC ad or use redirects that result in the same.
- Affiliates must link to an actual page on their own website.
- If using automation, it’s your responsibility to exclude our trademarked terms and add them as negative keywords.
Violation of these PPC guidelines will result in all current and past commissions being set to 0% without warning.
Trademarked Terms:
Domain Names
You may not use our trademarked terms as part of your domain or sub-domain (e.g., doittennis.website.com or www.website.com/doittennis).
Advertising & Publicity
You may not create, publish, or distribute any material referencing our program without prior written approval.
Email Campaigns
If you promote the program via email:
- You must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187).
- Emails must be sent on your behalf, not as if from DoItTennis.com.
- All email content must be submitted for approval before sending.
Nexus Affiliate Restrictions
We are unable to work with resident affiliates in the following states if solicitation activities go beyond passive website linking:
- New York
- North Carolina
- Pennsylvania
- Rhode Island
As a condition of participation, affiliates agree not to conduct solicitation activities in the above states, which includes:
- Distributing flyers, coupons, newsletters, or similar promotional materials
- Engaging in verbal or in-person solicitation
- Initiating phone calls or sending emails referring customers to DoItTennis.com
Affiliates may be required to provide annual affidavits certifying they are not conducting prohibited activities in these states.
