- ShopInPrivate.com Affiliate Program Terms:
Our affiliate program is designed to help content affiliates be successful.
Content affiliates are affiliates that have websites related to the stuff we sell. We try to offer these affiliates the best terms, advice, and performance that we can. We use this network to provide honesty, accountability, and fair treatment to our content affiliates. The remainder of this policy is designed so that no one else can interfere with that process.
1.We do not allow you to bid on our domain name in any pay-per-click advertising. This includes terms that include our domain name. We will remove your website from our affiliate program immediately if you violate this rule. Don’t do this! We will remove your site and you could continue to spend money advertising something that will never allow you to make money. Please don’t do it.
2.You cannot use software, plugins, toolbars, or anything else to send customers to our website. You also cannot have any plugins available on your website at all and be an affiliate of our company. Software referrals can be used to divert sales from our content affiliates to other companies and they won’t be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove your affiliate status immediately, without warning if we find plugin, toolbars, and software installations on your websites. We do not consider these to be fair to other affiliates.
3.You need to be able to show us where our company is being mentioned. If you don’t have a website listed in your account that includes a link or banner for our website, we will only provide one warning to provide a location where you are advertising our company.
4.We allow affiliates to use pay-per-click advertising to drive traffic to our website, but you must adhere to section 1 above. You also should clearly state in your program description that you drive traffic through PPC.
5.Coupon affiliates should not apply. ShopInPrivate.com does not accept coupons, so any website promising one will be in violation of our policy and will obviously be fraudulent.
