Contour Products, Inc. (Contour Living; ContourLiving.com ) encourages our affiliates to utilize search marketing efforts to drive traffic. We have taken a liberal approach and allow our affiliates to bid against certain trademarked terms of Contour Products, with certain restrictions.
You may only promote Contour Living via your own web pages and urls. Affiliates may not bid on trademarked terms specified in our PPC Bidding Rules. Affiliates may never structure their ads, web content, or URLs to mislead consumers and masquerade as ContourLiving or related sites. Affiliates may never promote Contour Living affiliate links via spam, parasiteware, or any non-legitimate promotion methods. Violation of this policy will result in reversal of any affiliate earnings and immediate dismissal from our program.
Contour Products will pay a generous 10% commission on most products sold from our www.contourliving.com store. Unfortunately, we carry certain higher priced products, where our operating margin does not allow us to pay 10% on the purchase price. The following products will be adjusted, after the completed sale, to reflect a 5.0% commission for all affiliates:
All Teeter Inversion Tables
All Soft Touch Memory Foam Mattresses
All BackSaver Chairs and Recliners.
Other third party products (higher ticket, lower margin products contracted with manufactures other than Contour Products, Inc.)
